In November 2022, the group won the award for 'Care Home Group over 10 settings' at the 24th National Care Awards. In March 2020, they were the proud winners at the Pinders Healthcare Design Awards for 'Best Specialist Dementia Design' at Falkland Grange Care Home in Newbury and in 2022 followed this award for 'Best Interior Design' at their newly opened care home Upton Mill in Tetbury.

The chef had to deal with varied dietary requirements including a serious peanut allergy and gluten free food. The spread which greeted us was a fantastic variety of savoury
and sweet finger food and drinks. The G.F birthday cake was delicious and presentation was first class. Well done!

My mother was a resident at Upton Mill Care Home for over two years, and I cannot speak highly enough of her time there. The staff were more than simply professional, they became genuine friends to her, which meant the world to our family. My sister and I never doubted she was in excellent hands. The
home is beautiful with exceptional design. Having looked at numerous places before making our decision, Upton Mill was truly a cut above the rest. I can only offer my highest praise and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking outstanding care for a loved one.

Aged 89, I have just returned home after a 9 week stay in Elizabeth Gardens following hospitalisation in Spain with a broken wrist. The thought of staying in a care home worried me, but being weak and temporarily disabled I felt I had no choice. In the event, the experience was most enjoyable and I
felt sorry to leave. The staff were wonderful, and with facilities such as the gym I was able to work my way back to being fully independent again. Being a stickler for timekeeping, my only complaint is that meals were frequently delayed beyond the advertised time. However, the food when it did arrive was always good.

Prestbury House is amazing. Staff are attentive, excellent with the residents. Always there if we need to ask anything. Excellent food, Mum enjoys the food. Very clean. Activities are very good. All in all - excellent.

We are very pleased with Prestbury House. The staff are caring, friendly and always willing to help and residents supported at all times. There are plenty of activities organised which keep everyone engaged. Everywhere is very clean and well-maintained. The meals served are excellent and varied. Overall
we are very happy with the care and attention offered to our mother-in-law.

My husband has settled in well. He enjoys the entertainment, especially the musical events and visits out.
It is always clean and immaculate everywhere with fresh flowers each week. The staff are kind and caring. The bistro area is lovely, with access to the garden with lots of seating when the sun

Every employee I had dealings with at Upton Mill over the 2.5 years that my mother and father were residents contributed to me giving a top rating. I would highly recommend Upton Mill for all of residential, nursing and dementia care.

From when you walk in the staff always helpful and cheerful. The facilties where fantastic. Always fresh food.
Mum was well looked after the nursing staff amazing helpful and nothing was to much to help my mum.
The care home is well looked after.
