My friend went into Thirlestaine Park for care and end of life. I can't tell you how impressed I was with her care. All the carers and nurses treated her professionally and with great dignity. The manager and reception staff are very kind and supportive to her and me and all her friends. Nothing was
too much trouble. I will be singing their praises of this home and its staff and highly recommending it. Thank you all so much for all you did for me and my friend.

You certainly get what you are paying for. Sadly, my father couldn't use any facilities, and despite lowering fees was moved by family to social service care in another care home due to lack of funds. Staff were all lovely and helpful, and reassuring. Thank you.

The home provided an excellent place for Jane to recover from her hip operation. The outstanding factor in our visit was the staff. They were friendly and very supportive. Staff were flexible and understanding, which created a good atmosphere. We did not make use of many of the facilities and activities

We really couldn't have asked for better care for our mum while she was with you. We are very grateful for the care, compassion, thoughtfulness and patience shown by the wonderful team at Chiltern Grange, and for making my mum feel as welcome and comfortable as they possibly could. The family were
also made to feel very welcome whenever we visited and staff members took the time to get to know us. To know that our mum was being cared for so well brought us great comfort at what could have been a very difficult time for us all.
We would highly recommend Chiltern Grange.

Upton Mill is a beautiful & caring nursing home for those that need it. My Aunt was in her final weeks so wasn't able to fully benefit from the amazing facilities & events that this home offers. The food is great & the home is kept very clean with a lovely modern but cosy feel to it. However, the staff
are its biggest plus point, offering advice & support for relatives & an excellent standard of care for the residents. This home & it's staff were a god send for me & my aunt, & I'll be forever grateful for the care they showed us, thank you

My father was admitted to Cotswold Gate Care Home late as my mother who cares for him along with my husband and myself was having a total hip replacement. Respite for originally 2 weeks has been extended to just over 3. Dad has been cared for perfectly, the staff are all fantastic with such a warm,
caring and professional way. I cannot fault anything and thank everyone for looking after our Dad so well.

Penhurst Gardens Care Home

My mother went into Penhurst Gardens for respite care. From the first enquiry to the day she left, staff were brilliant: supportive, kind, thoughtful, caring and efficient. We chose Penhurst Gardens because I had already heard very good comments from friends who had had family members living there.
Even so, I had no idea that the experience would be so personalised and so good. Accommodation was attractive, peaceful and clean. Food was superb and tailored to my mother's needs. Staff were amazing at getting to know my mother without being intrusive and then making sure she had the environment she needed. Also, the setting of the care home is lovely: peaceful and surrounded by green space but also close to the centre of Chipping Norton. In all, a superb experience. Thank you so much!

We moved both parents into Wiltshire Heights when we were struggling this summer with dad very unwell and mum unable to cope. The staff were extremely kind and sensitive to the situation. Dad died shortly after being admitted and the staff made this as good as it could be for the family, and they have
cared for Mum very well since this happened. As a family, we are always made to feel very welcome and part of the Wiltshire Heights family when we visit.

Great care offered and received by my Godmother. The rooms are large and well equipped. The food is excellent and served to residents in a lovely dining room with napkins and white table cloths and proper cutlery and glasses on the tables. This means the experience is more like a hotel than a Care Home
and that is a very positive thing. Delighted by all that is offered at Wiltshire Heights. Thanks you.
