sure Mum could hear her by remembering to talk to her good ear. We were sold on this alone.
She never wanted to be in a home, but sadly circumstances have meant she has had no option. Despite this she is incredibly happy with a lovely room overlooking the garden and the staff are top notch in their care of her, from reception to management. As her children my brother and I could not be happier knowing that she is so supported and cared for. It feels very much like home to us now too everytime we visit and this is exactly the atmosphere that we wanted her to be in. She has frequent visitors and they all tell us exactly the same, just how lovely everyone is and so welcoming.

It was so hard leaving Mum - we live the other side of the country and are about to be out of the country for a family wedding so it was a leap of faith that she would be so well cared for but she has only found kindness amongst the staff. The food is great too - and Mum is already saying that she is going to put on pounds (which she could certainly do with doing!)
The only thing it isn't - is her own home - which she still misses very much - but they are doing all they can to make it a happy and safe environment for her and feel as near as they possibly can to home for her (which we appreciate very much), and it is very early days (less than a week!)

My mother , who is not the easiest person to please , has settled in really well , she is happy and has even managed to take advantage of the varied programme of activities available. We feel her general well being has improved since coming to Savenake as she has plenty of stimulation and company that she didn't have when living alone .

garden is easily accessible from the residents rooms; my parents have loved sitting out there this summer. They have just celebrated a big wedding anniversary and were absolutely delighted by the party Wiltshire Heights put on for them. It was very special to share this celebration with some of our family, recent neighbor's and one or two very old family friends with what feel like our new friends at Wiltshire Heights. Thank you.

and bolts of life are dealt with and I live locally, so can pop in any time (which I do). Mum is capable of accessing all of the entertainment, mini bus trips and exercise opportunities. The staff make sure she is well occupied. She is content.

She would always say she wanted to stay in her own home, but in reality, she is much better off at Savernake View where there is lots going on. It is fresh, modern and sociable. The staff are friendly and kind. My brother and sister like to visit (they live further away) and enjoy taking her out to Savernake Forest and into town, where there are many good coffee shops and lunch venues. She recently turned 95 and her cake was amazing!

The organisation of day trips out and the occasional garden parties has been beneficial in ensuring that his life is not spent entirely within the four walls of his room. My husband, sister, and I are all delighted and relieved that we have made the right decision!

A lovely private room with ensuite and cleaning washing daily, When it came time for her to leave and go home she didn't want to go, now she visits weekly and is welcomed with open arms by all staff, I would like to mention one lady for her exceptional effort in getting everything sorted in such a quick manner as this respite stay was very last minute, would highly recommend Wiltshire Heights Bradford on Avon.

and cake on offer! Mum is so lucky being looked after in such a lovely home.

to not only my in-laws but to my wife and I as well. The food always looks delicious and the cakes and biscuits are always at hand. Very happy with the care my in-laws are receiving.
