Very friendly & helpful staff. Resident seems well cared for & responds well to staff members. Pleasant, spacious surroundings & rooms, free access to beautiful, peaceful garden. Very impressed with food & dining experience - resident ate well.

I can't reccommend this dementia care home highly enough. The staff are incredibly kind, patient and compassionate, treating my mum with genuine dignity and respect. The care is exceptional, the environment is warm and welcoming, and it's clear that the wellbeing of my mum is always top priority. It has given me a real peace of mind, knowing my mum is safe, happy and so well cared for. Haddon Hall go above and beyond.

I feel Mum is well cared for. The staff look after her really well even when she hes challenging behaviour. I no longer have a guilt feeling that she is in a care home the staff have helped me with this, I know she is cared for and kept safe, I'm kept informed if anything changes with her health, I'm really pleased with the care she receives. Thank you to all the staff. I really appreciate all the hard work you do.

Therefore, I was extremely surprised and disappointed to find not a single spring bulb either planted or in bloom in March. Ports and troughs were untidy and very neglected at a time when Buxton was full of Spring colour elsewhere. It was depressing and dull. Mum is too frail to go far, and a little effort in the Autum could make the garden a place of joy for her and others.

Peace of mind, they are in very good hands.

Hollie has really taken a person-centred approach to mum's care; she has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that not only is mum's care of the highest order, but also that she is engaging socially and participating in a range of activities. This has made mum's life so much better. Thank you!

I have been coming to visit my sister-in-law for the last 18 months and have always found Haddon Hall to be clean and well staffed.

The staff were really kind to my brother, and the nursing care was excellent. We are so pleased we were able to transfer him to Haddon Hall.

My mother has stayed at Haddon Hall for respite care four times, the most recent lasting just over 3 weeks. She says that she is very well looked after. The room is large and pleasant, and everywhere seems clean. I have not spent a lot of time in the home, so some of my answers are guesswork, but I think I would know if things were not up to scratch. I feel safe leaving her in the homes care.

On arrival to use the bathroom we were greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist before being met by Hollie, Hollie was lovely from the off and I cant tell you how grateful I am for her help in making my grandad happy, he was overwhelmed with the care home and how lovely it was, in his words "wow this is luxury" he absolutely loved every minute we were there, the facilities were fantastic and soo clean. We were made to feel very welcome for anything.

I couldn't have wished for a better end of life for my Dad. The nurses and staff looked after both me and Dad with such grace and dignity. He died so very peacefully in his home surrounded by all his Haddon Hall family and myself.

Haddon Hall treats me as an individual, I have my own space and a lovely room, I have stayed at other homes, and I can say this is the nicest place I have stayed in.

When we visit Haddon Hall, it's like we are all family, such a comfortable atmosphere, very relaxed. The staff are amazing, caring and efficient, taking great care with all residents. So very grateful our sister is in their care. Gives our family peace of mind.

Mum moved to Haddon Hall in December 2024, and every day since then she has received compassion and has been treated with the utmost respect. She is afe and this gives us - her family - great reassurance. The care staff are helpful and patient. They are all friendly and have a happy disposition. Many of the care staff go above and beyond, helping us as family members as well as residents. Families of other residents are helpful and supportive. Haddon Hall is Mum's home - it feels like one big family here.

All the staff at Haddon Hall are amazing, from the warm, friendly reception to the maintenance team, cooking staff, nursing team, management, everyone, they have so much patience and understanding and care so much for the residents. There are lots of activities for all. My mum is happy being here, which means a lot to the family.

Very pleased with everything while my son has been here. Staff very pleasing the food was excellent so much so that he has definitely put on weight. No complaints at all.

Hadden Hall nursing department were very kind and caring to my friend during his last weeks, and also were very caring and sympathetic to me on my frequent visits, particularly in her last few hours. Thank you.
