The entrance and 'Bistro' has a hotel feel and is welcoming - the rooms, shared areas and kitchens clean and, I have to say, the food score from an incredibly picky resident very high! There's always something happening and those involved in the activities are genuinely passionate about engagement. Transitioning from independent living to care has been a bumpy ride, I can't lie, but we've had strong and active support from the team who understand the challenges and have offered sound advice.

Since my husband moved into his lovely room we have been very impressed. Many staff made a visit to his room and introduced themselves to him and have subsequently continued to engage him in conversation. We feel he is well cared for and very safe in the environment. The Activities Team have taken an interest in his interests and are eager to encourage him to get involved. We are of the opinion that Falkland Grange is the right place for him. Thank you everyone.

I visit on random days/times and whenever I arrive the friendly atmosphere and excellent standard of care are always consistent. As is the support I am given, providing information and discussing my mum's needs. I cannot speak highly enough of the care home - it is exceptional. I would recommend Falkland Grange to anyone who wants their relatives to be well looked after, a home from home. I look forward to my visits enormously.
