My Mum moved into Cavell Park August 2024, she had just turned 71. She agreed to move in due to her needing 24/7 nursing care.
She lived as part of the Cavell Park community until the 5th May 2026 when she passed peacefully.
During her time there she was respected, cared for and during her last week, shown such compassion and care which as a family was so much needed. The staff clearly cared for my Mum as we were not the only ones in tears.
Staff are not only just supportive to the resident but the family visitors too, I went any time day or night to see my Mum.
Mum struggled with activities due to her health and being younger than the average resident. But there is a large activity menu, cinema and small gym there.
The building is modern and fresh, a cafe for residents and visitors, a nice garden to walk around and a lovely bunch of cheerful people working there always happy to help.
I would recommend Cavell Park to anyone needing full time care.
