All large bedrooms with flat-screen smart TV, and en-suite shower rooms, for Residential, Dementia and Nursing Care.

Chapel Care Centre has a highly trained staff team to support residents in all aspects of their daily living. They offer a range of activities to suit most tastes.

Chapel Care Centre has close links with the nearby hospital and GP service, with regular GO rounds being undertaken each week.

All meals are freshly prepared on-site by the home's chefs. Residents can choose from the menu daily, or choose an alternative should they wish. Drinks and snacks are widely available throughout the day and night.

We have been extremely impressed by the level of care at Chapel House. From our initial visit and the ease of getting our Dad moved in, throughout his few short months here and especially in his last days, when every effort was made to keep him safe and cared for. We cannot adequately express how grateful

Chapel House staff are so caring nothing was too much trouble for them. My hubby loved his breakfast. Best meal of the day. But puddings were great too. The staff had so much time to listen and talk to him. I love them all.

When my husband presses the button for assistance he waits 15-25 minuts for help. His food is not cut up for him and he can not cut it himself. He does not get checked on very often.

One staff member and all the staff at Chapel House have been so welcoming of my sister who needed to move due to changing needs.
The room is delightful. The food is wonderful and appetising. I haven't yet seen a member of staff not smiling.
My sister settled in almost immediately. We are hoping
a plan to get my sister more mobile will prove successful.

Not updated with staff changes and turnover seems to have been high in last few months, also admin and management change which I was unaware off.
General care is good, dad seems comfortable, sometimes small things seem to be missed but that maybe down to dad being awkward on occasions.

My father was admitted into the care of Chapel House Care & Nursing Home on the 1st August 2024. From the first day, the atmosphere was warm and homely which gave you a feeling of safety. My father was given 24/7 care by people who genuinely loved what they were doing. Nothing was too much trouble and
dad never lacked for company. It put the family at ease to know that he was being so well cared for. You couldn't single any one person out as they all worked as a team. The home was cleaned everyday, the laundry usually came back within the day and the variety and quality of meals were first rate. The medical team were always around if you needed to discuss anything or were concerned. Everyone in the home, including the office team worked together to make dads stay as enjoyable as could be expected. Sadly, dad passed away three weeks ago and the care and dignity shown to him can never be repaid by the family. The team were totally respectful and caring to him and to his family. I cannot praise them enough.

Everyone I had contact with when my father was at Chapel Care and Nursing Home were excellent. My father was not an easy patient to look after but all the staff handled him very well and with care and understanding right till the end.

As my husband has only been in the care home for just over 3 weeks, my review is I am very pleased with the attention my husband is getting. I hope in the future they will try and get my husband out of the bed into a chair and maybe meet other residents. Can't respond to activities as my husband is
bedridden.

This was a very hard and personal transition for both my husband and I. The worry and anxiety were quickly diluted by the warm and caring nature of the manager, reception greeting and all the caring staff. My husband has settled well. The meals are so appetising, and nothing is too much trouble. After
each visit, I leave knowing he is safe and happy.

We, as a family, were very happy with Mum's excellent care at Chapple House Care Centre. From the moment Mum arrived until the day she left, she was treated with every respect of the best care. The staff were kind, thoughtful, caring and made sure Mym was happy and safe. We were kept informed at every

We are very pleased with the care that our mum is receiving. The staff treat the residents with care and dignity. They listen to us and ask us to take in things that she needs. With their help, she is not "bed-bound" but sits out in the lounge and is taking a few assisted steps, knowing the staff give
her the opportunities to join in appropriate recreational activities downstairs. Mum is happy and well cared for, and we are happy.

The care my father received at Chapel House Care Centre was top-rate. All the staff from carers, ancillary staff through to management were always friendly, polite, helpful and, above all, caring. My father settled really quickly and it soon felt like home, not only to him but to us too.

Chapel House Care Centre looked after Mum with professionalism and care. The staff were great across the board, from housekeeping to nursing and management. The team were always vigilant and dealt with any potential infections or illness with care and speed. Mum had been very independent and did not
want to leave her home but it came to a point where she could not stay at home. Chapel House Care Centre looked after Mum as well as she would allow them to. I would like to that the team at Chapel House Care Centre for their care, kindness and professionalism.

My Dad sadly had just three months at Chapel House, but it was so welcome after six tough months in lockdown hospital care. It was a such a comfort to me to know he was in the best of care, and it clearly showed in how he was in himself. I really looked forward to every visit, even with Covid restrictions
and was hoping to many, many more visits. His room was great with his favourite pictures and photos out for him. All of the staff were so kind and very helpful at all times, and I will miss them. Chapel House was recommended to me, and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Can't thank everyone at Chapel House Care Centre enough for their tender care of my dad during his last three months and their support of his family at his passing. Dad was treated with dignity and respect by all. Dad's room was lovely. Spotless, nicely furnished. A home from home.
