When visiting Sandiacre Court I always experience a very warm welcome by all the staff. It is always kept to a very high standard and smells clean and fresh. The residents are always attended to efficiently and promptly and it always has such a happy feel to it.

Sandiacre is a new care home, as a result impression is of a clean, smart, secure home, this is brought about upon close inspection. Staff are without exception friendly and attentive, every effort is made to make residents feel worthwhile and of value, it is also my impression that activities are designed
to ensure wherever possible residents to encourage interaction and as a result improve and increase mobility. I feel that my father is in very safe and secure hands which ultimately is the most important function of any care facility.

The care home was very clean and was very clean with a lovely smell. He is always presentable and the staff are extremely friendly. I can safely say that granddads needs are always put first. It would be hard pushed to find a place like this. Congratulations in all your hard work, it has certainly paid

My mother in law has settled really well here. Staff are very good, it is like first class hotel. Everyone is so helpful. Cannot fault this place. Very caring. We feel very happy my mother in law is in a safe clean caring place.

My brother was admitted to Sandiacre Court home for end of life care. The care he received from the manager and her staff was exceptional. Nothing and I can honestly say nothing was too much trouble for them. Not only my brothers needs were met but they were so supporting to all his family members.
We are very grateful to them for the care and dignity given to my brother during the last days of his life.

Every time i've been i'm always really surprised at how clean and modern it looks, and also how polite and friendly the staff seem. It's nice and reassuring to see how the staff are with my grandad, and they always seem like they want to be there and help out.

My experience has been very positive. The staff are all very caring to my father. They treat him with total respect and are extremely patient with his illness - dementia. I would totally recommend this facility to anyone considering residential care for a loved one.

A very high quality of care provided by polite, friendly and respectful staff. Could not have asked for a better place for my father to spent his last few weeks. Staff not only supported him but were so kind and supportive to me and my family, they made an awful situation bearable. Thank you to everyone.

Donna Evans, the friendly face you'll see at Sandiacre Court Care Centre, has been a part of the Nottinghamshire care community for over 15 years. Starting as a care assistant, Donna's passion for helping others led her to work with people of all ages, from those with learning disabilities to young adults and more recently the elderly. She's now an experienced care home manager with a thorough appreciation of how to deliver great care whilst nurturing a vibrant care community.
