Our mum has been treated exceptionally well and she has adapted to her new home. She enjoys the activities and the staff are all excellent in the duties. We as her family are so grateful that she is in such wonderful surroundings.

My dad had complex needs which constantly changed. The staff and management worked with him to find new solutions and always put his wishes first. I cannot praise the staff enough as they made my dad feel safe and well cared for. You cannot put a price on that. I would recommend Sandiacre court whole heartidly to anyone wanting to finding a homely new residence.

Our dad had MND & his needs changed frequently. The staff assisted by changing routines to help him be included & quickly resolved any concerns we had. The staff were all friendly & approachable & showed genuine compassion to both my dad & also us as relatives. Overall the care provided & staff present were excellent & made my dads final few months more bearable. Thankyou!

The care my dad receives here is excellent. All staff are caring and cheerful, and I have never witnessed anything that would concern me. Some of the residents can be challenging at times, but the staff treat them with dignity and patience at all times. It would be great if my dad was able to join in more but sadly this will never be likely for him now, due to his condition but the staff try their best to get him to do things. There is regular contact from the staff, and if we have any questions, the manager, deputy or relevant staff will happily respond

My mum has been in the Ashton Unit for 3 years, the unit is homely with a friendly and calm atmosphere. The unit is always clean, tidy and well maintained. In my opinion the staff are genuinely caring, kind, patient and compassionate. My mum's care has been tailored to her needs taking into account her personal preferences, the staff have also included us in this process. As my mum's care needs have changed, the staff have adapted their approached accordingly, such as successfully using distractions to support my mum if she becomes distressed as opposed to using medications.

Previous to entering Pitkero Care home, my sister, who is diagnosed with vascular dementia, lived in sheltered housing. She was withdrawn and had stopped showering. She now engages in the many activities in here. I have never seen her laugh so much. She enjoys her food. I am contacted monthly with details of her health regime such as her weight and medication. I can't speak highly enough of the management and staff and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for a loved one to live.

The care, support and attention my mum receives as a resident of the Livingston unit is nothing short of exceptional. She is afforded kindness, patience, and understanding and is cared for by the team with such genuine warmth and affection, as though she were a member of their own family. As the daughter of a resident with dementia, this brings incredible peace of mind to know how well my mum is cared for. Special recognition and thanks go to Mareo, Debbie, Shannon, Elaine + Selam for their hard work and dedication. I'd also like to recognise the significant improvements that have been made already a very short time by the new manager Jane and her team.

Ruby has been at Lornebank for 3 years and has thrived. The team are kind, caring and professional. They respond to Ruby's needs immediately. The home is an amazing variety of activities and my mum enjoys them all from papering bubble baths to judging dog shows she is made to feel special. As a family we know her care team at Livingstone care for my mum with love and always treat her with respect. The home is a warm welcoming centre of excellence.

Since Irene was moved to Livingstone myself and all the family are very happy with her care etc.

My Mum has been cared for 13 months with all the experience of the carers and nurses the family come in to visit very often and all is well.

Family visit today to see our dad and, as always, left with a smile on our faces. There was a singer in today and the party was in full flow all afternoon. Staff, service users and visitors alike were having a great time, singing and dancing. Even our dad, who really doesn't engage very often, enjoyed a wee dance for half an hour. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day, or which day of the week we visit, there is always something going on and residents never seem to want for anything. The home had a great atmosphere at weekend when they had the dog show. Staff are always welcoming when I visit and helpful. There is a new manager and nothing is a bother to her or the rest of the staff team when we ask.

In the short time our aunt was in your care, the dignity, empathy and respect you showed her was excellent. All members of staff, regardless of their role, were also caring and considerate towards our aunt, family and all those who visited. We would not hesitate to recommend your centre to others

Our parents were welcomed into Harbour Care Centre, a well facilitated home with a caring and friendly atmosphere. They share a double bedroom which allows them to stay together, both recieving the care they require. The area is light, spacious and nicely decorated with a well managed team providing dedicated and experienced care, adjusted to each resident's needs. A robust week of activities, or a chat in the lounge with a cup of tea, good meal selection plus in-house hairdressing. The unit manager strikes the right balance of compassion and professionalism with regular updates when necessary. This provides us, as a family, the reassurance of excellent on-going care!

My Mother in Law has been here for just over eighteen months now! It's been a very good decision as the care she has received has been amazing! We have got to know most of the staff by name and absolutely adore them all!! She is very content, and her room is modern and comfortable!

I arrived at sandiacre court. In the 3 weeks I was there the kindness and care all the staff showed gave me from the depths of despair to a new lease of life.

The staff, who are all wonderful treat her as an individual and respect her personal requirements, always happy and professional they are very quick to respond with any health changes. Mum chooses not to participate in activities but a lot is provided and I see a lot of residents enjoying activities and the entertainment the hard working entertainment lady provided.

Visit friend frequently, facilities are excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. Friend appears very settled and well cared for.

The care given to my mum has been excellent, she continues to be very happy since arrival at the end of last year. All the staff are careful and considerate and keep us informed of any issues. We are very pleased to have my mum so well cared for.
