Very happy with all aspects of Dad's care.
From the building and staff, food, washing, cleaning, care standards are fantastic.
I would strongly recommend all areas of this home.

My mum receives the most wonderful care in comfortable surroundings, we have every confidence in the staff and management, there is always a registered nurse here and it is such a breath of fresh air that they don't use agency staff. Having permanent staff means my mum feels secure and has a good relationship with her carers.

My mum has been living at Sandiacre Court Care Centre since November 2016 and has settled reasonably well. Sadly during the past two weeks, my sister has died. I cannot praise each and every member of staff highly enough for the love and care they have shown to my mum for the devastating loss of her eldest daughter.

We are very grateful that our grandma spent her last year in this wonderful place. The staff are very good at their job and tend to go above and beyond their job description to help residents. The care that Grandma received was outstanding. It was also a lovely place to visit during a difficult time in our family's life.

I have found the care home to be run and managed in an extremely friendly and professional way. The staff will always greet you which means a lot after a long 2 hour drive. My mother has settled in well from being very independent previously and this is due to the exceptionally caring home staff and management team.

We were delighted to find Sandiacre Court for my mother who suffers from dementia. Since she moved in Sandiacre Court has fulfilled all our expectations and more. It is spacious, light and airy and the staff are expert, cheerful and very friendly. Their patience knows no bounds.

From the outset, the setting is attractive looking out from a highpoint over the trees and housing of Sandiacre. The welcome in reception is warm and helpful. The welcome on the floors is the same with all staff from cleaners to nurses treating our relatives and ourselves with kindness, patience and a cheerful sense of humour. The decor everywhere is beautiful- like a smart hotel, yet it has a home feel while being immaculately maintained. Any concerns we may have are respected and communication is excellent. The rooms (individual bedrooms) are large and comfortable with roomy and very well equipped bathrooms. All of them have an attractive view- no bins or concrete yards. Food is fantastic. Our relative settled very quickly and is safe and coddled.

Father moved into Sandiacre Court because previous care home close down. The new home is kept immaculately and the staff have been very welcoming to both resident and family. Food is greatly improved on previous home and the staff try hard to get my father involved with other residents, which he really needs.

Our friend is a resident and Sandiacre Court and although he is younger and has very little in common with many of the other residents the staff ensure his needs are met.

They have a lovely rapport with him because of this and also feel very secure leaving him in their care.
