We are very grateful that our grandma spent her last year in this wonderful place. The staff are very good at their job and tend to go above and beyond their job description to help residents. The care that Grandma received was outstanding. It was also a lovely place to visit during a difficult time
in our family's life.

I have found the care home to be run and managed in an extremely friendly and professional way. The staff will always greet you which means a lot after a long 2 hour drive. My mother has settled in well from being very independent previously and this is due to the exceptionally caring home staff and
management team.

We were delighted to find Sandiacre Court for my mother who suffers from dementia. Since she moved in Sandiacre Court has fulfilled all our expectations and more. It is spacious, light and airy and the staff are expert, cheerful and very friendly. Their patience knows no bounds.

From the outset, the setting is attractive looking out from a highpoint over the trees and housing of Sandiacre. The welcome in reception is warm and helpful. The welcome on the floors is the same with all staff from cleaners to nurses treating our relatives and ourselves with kindness, patience and
a cheerful sense of humour. The decor everywhere is beautiful- like a smart hotel, yet it has a home feel while being immaculately maintained. Any concerns we may have are respected and communication is excellent. The rooms (individual bedrooms) are large and comfortable with roomy and very well equipped bathrooms. All of them have an attractive view- no bins or concrete yards. Food is fantastic. Our relative settled very quickly and is safe and coddled.

Father moved into Sandiacre Court because previous care home close down. The new home is kept immaculately and the staff have been very welcoming to both resident and family. Food is greatly improved on previous home and the staff try hard to get my father involved with other residents, which he really

Our friend is a resident and Sandiacre Court and although he is younger and has very little in common with many of the other residents the staff ensure his needs are met.
They have a lovely rapport with him because of this and also feel very secure leaving him in their care.

Donna Evans, the friendly face you'll see at Sandiacre Court Care Centre, has been a part of the Nottinghamshire care community for over 15 years. Starting as a care assistant, Donna's passion for helping others led her to work with people of all ages, from those with learning disabilities to young adults and more recently the elderly. She's now an experienced care home manager with a thorough appreciation of how to deliver great care whilst nurturing a vibrant care community.
