Our all inclusive fee gives peace of mind and allows residents to enjoy our facilities and services without having to worry about extra costs. It includes a monthly appointment at our onsite hair salon, regular chiropody appointments, a full and varied activity program, annual eye tests, annual dental check ups and transport and accompaniment to medical appointments where necessary.
The well-being of residents is a priority, and nothing is more important than keeping them in touch with their family and friends in any way possible. Larkhill Hall are pleased to welcome visitors into their home, with no limit on the number of visitors for each resident. The home pride themselves on having an open-door policy.

Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We have a dedicated wellbeing coordinator in the home who creates and shares the planned activities - you can see this on the noticeboard in the reception area of the home. Additionally, one to one sessions are available for residents who do not want to participate in communal activities. Our cleaners work hard to maintain good standards of cleanliness throughout the home and senior carers can check medication. Staff on the cross over shift will share information with colleagues coming onto shift to ensure they have all that they need to provide our residents with the best care.

As a dedicated healthcare professional, Lisa has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for residents.
Having worked for HC-One since 2003, Lisa closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Lisa remarked:
“I want to make a difference to people’s lives. My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is enriching the lives of our residents and working with a team with the same vision.”
Lisa has also achieved much outside of work, with her proudest achievement being raising her daughter. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family.
