What I particularly appreciated about Woodland View was the honesty and integrity of its management team and the caring and compassion of its nurses, carers and support staff;
Woodland View offers a beautiful setting; welcoming and extremely clean.
Sadly my father passed away before he was truly able to benefit from the facilities Woodland View has on offer, however, due to the effort of all of the team, his last days were, without doubt, made more peaceful and comfortable than we could have ever imagined.
There are no words to say how grateful my family and I are for the love and kindness shown to dad and our family, my only regret is that dad never came to you sooner. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Thank you for your kind reflection on the care your father and your family were given at Woodland View. We work very hard with sensitivity but enthusiasm as a team to make Woodland View a home with real heart and where everyone is cared for to the highest standards and dignity is maintained.
Thank you very much for your review. As you note, we all work as a team to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Our ultimate priority is that our residents continue to enjoy the high standards we maintain.
All the staff work extremely hard and I feel if they were paid more and recognised more for their valuable contribution they make, then
Thank you for your review and your very supportive words. All Barchester homes work with a tool which determines the levels required to effectively staff our homes. Unfortunately, as with any other business, at times our operation experiences unplanned sickness. As a team, as you have mentioned, we work very hard to minimise the impact of this on residents. Thank you again for reviewing Woodland View.
Willy enjoys interacting with staff at all levels and it is lovely for him to recognise everything the team do to make his home a happy and comfortable place to be. Every member of our team interacts with residents, ensuring they have a warm relationship and circle of people who know them well.
It is always really appreciated when someone takes the time to provide feedback on the service they receive. Staff work very hard to care for and meet the needs of residents, relatives and visitors so are very proud to know when we have been given another great review. Thank you.
I would like to thank you for completing one of our review cards.

I am passionate about our residents being safe, making them happy, and enabling them to lead fully enriched lives whilst always receiving the highest quality of care.
One thing that I feel is really important is offering residents a lot of personal choices and, as Woodland View is their home, they have the right to choose what goes on here. I am hands-on in my role, I like to spend as much time as possible with the people that we care for and I also really enjoy getting to know our residents' families and providing them with support when they need it.
Our team here at Woodland View are dedicated to guaranteeing that all of our residents are treated with dignity, respect and attention, thus, in turn, enabling them to celebrate life in their new Barchester home which I feel exceptionally privileged to be a part of.
