Need to keep up the good standards of the variety of food presented and make sure this always as good as your Mum's home cooking. Good quality ingredients used to produce healthy and appetising meals, an important part of anyone's day.
Other than the friendliness and professionalism, it has a very homely atmosphere and always fresh smelling.
It is lovely but also very important that people see the team doing what they do every day, recognising the care we provide to everyone at Woodland View. As a large and close family orientated team, caring is in our blood and is why we do what we do. Your kind words are very much appreciated and will be fed back to the team. Thank you.
Thank you for your positive comments. We form strong relationships with both our residents, their family and friends. We are always ready to answer any questions they may have or indeed any concerns.
As Dad's health deteriorated, it was a comfort
As with all of the residents at Woodland View, we know each and every one of our residents very well. The bond and relationship that formed with your father when he moved to the care home, just grew and grew over time. Your father was adored and your loss was shared by everyone here. He will be sorely missed but held in our memories and hearts with great affection.
Late medication was highlighted
Upon leaving the home to go to another on the 18th January, not all her medication were sent, medication list and times not sent and hospital discharge letter was not sent.
Overall, it may look grand upon entering but would suggest looking beyond the entrance, as I did when I was present, day in and day out, during the 4 weeks my Mother was there for respite.

Thank you for your positive comments and lovely feedback. As with your sister, we form real friendships with all of our residents. That way it increases our ability to identify their moods and needs. This in turns gives us the opportunity to know what will or won't work for them as we try and make their time here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We also work very hard to ensure we are there for family and friends as their needs are just as important to us, especially as with yourself living so far away, it's vital you feel reassured that your loved one is receiving the best possible care, are safe and are actually enjoying their time here.
