Baily House is an exceptional home. At a time when we needed help the most, they have been truly amazing. My mother in law became very poorly, very quickly at home during the pandemic. She desperately needed help with her care needs and the Baily team helped us with the transition from home to care home and made the whole process so much easier. My mother in law is happy and in much better health thanks to this wonderful care home.

Baily House is an absolutely outstanding care home. The care, compassion and love we have all been given as a family has been outstanding by each and every one of the staff. My mum-in-law has come on so much since being a resident, she is happy and we know she has had, and continues to receive, the best quality care. This is very reassuring to our family. We can't thank the staff enough. They always go above and beyond to give love and care to the residents. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff. They are always on the go making sure each and every resident's needs are met. Over the last 8 months during the pandemic the staff have never failed to keep us informed of our mum, we've not been able to visit much but the staff have given us regular updates by phone and we had a few lovely outdoor garden visits in the summer. In the last two weeks Baily House have provided an indoor seating booth, again the staff were amazing. This was a lovely visit. Well done Team Baily.

My Mum spent the last years of her life at Baily House and I cannot speak highly enough of the people, the activities, the care, and everything else she received there and which enabled us, her relatives, to relax knowing how well she was looked after. Thank you Baily House. x

Mum has just returned to Baily House from hospital after a major operation. She was welcomed back with such love and affection. If anyone can help Mum to recuperate, Team Baily can. The staff team are outstanding and go above and beyond on a regular basis. We can relax now Mum is home with her extended family. The team have been looking after Mum for over three and a half years and her time here has been filled with lots of love, laughter and oodles of support. Team Baily, you transform the lives of people with dementia every day and I can never thank you enough for all you do for my mum.

I moved Mum out here in June as we had relocated from another area. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of Mum's care here and I feel mum is being well cared for. This home is by far the best.

The kitchen staff catered for my Mum's 90th birthday party recently. It was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. If I ever have an issue about my Mum, no matter how small, it is dealt with compassionately and speedily.

My mother, who has Alzheimer's Dementia, has been a resident of Baily House since May of this year when she was unable to cope with living independently in her own home - she was becoming increasingly anxious, distressed and frustrated with her home carers. She has been transformed by the experience of living in Baily House where she is treated with kindness and respect, and is given the personal care that she needs without losing her dignity; indeed she is always clean and well-dressed (this had become a huge problem when she was living alone). She is extremely sociable and loves to join in with the many varied and engaging activities that the staff provide. Her diet has also improved dramatically - meals are good and well-balanced. The Christian ethos of the care home is a blessing to my mother who joins in with choir and services (the chaplain is lovely). Indeed, I have nothing but praise for the manager and all of her committed and caring staff. My heartfelt thanks.

I can honestly say after fearing having to put my mother in a care home, my opinion has been completely changed by Baily House. My mother is clean and well dressed. She joins in the activities and is happy to be a resident. Her loneliness and stress have disappeared. To know she is well looked after and safe at this time in her life, especially when her children all live far away, is priceless. The pictures and videos that the home post on Facebook keeps me informed of her daily life and I treasure them. The staff make a care home and I hope they continue their fantastic work. Thank you for doing such a great job. It really does make a difference to so many people’s lives.

An amazing place that always does its very best. All the staff are fabulous and treat all the residents with care, compassion and like their own family. Always trying to find things to keep everyone occupied and put on good events like the fireworks display so families can still enjoy these times together. The home is always spotless and the resident's rooms are very nice and beautifully decorated. All visitors are made to feel welcome and can join in anything. I can honestly say that I would recommend this place to anyone.

My mother and I looked at several different care homes for respite for my father, with mum finding it hard to manage on her own. As soon as we walked into Baily House it looked like a 5-star hotel but it felt just like a family home, to the lovely manager who offered so much comfort and support and the wonderful staff that gave such loving and expert care I would like to say a big thank you.

We were able to relax knowing that Dad was being cared for by such lovely people. He enjoyed so many activities and made many new friends. We would recommend this home to anybody that needs a loved one to be cared for.

I cannot praise this home enough. One of my service users from the community had to come into care. Bailey House was found, and boy, did they do us proud. The food was lovely, always activities to keep our loving lady busy. Care could be given outdoors, indoors, they have their own prayer room, have lots of regular singers and different entertainment. Visiting isn’t restricted which we found lovely. If medical assistance was needed it was gotten immediately. Anything that was requested was given 24 hours a day. The love and dedication staff gave her was phenomenal. They deserved to receive care home of the year. Staff are all hard working and so approachable. 5* in my opinion well-done team Bailey House. In my opinion as a carer of 20 years, this is the only place to put a loved one.

My mother was the first resident at this care home. She has been looked after really well especially when she has her chest infections. The staff always inform me if she is not well. You are always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The activities co-ordinator always makes sure there is something for everyone's taste. I class all the staff as my mum's extended family as they care for her as I would.
