Overall Experience
My mother spent the last year of her life in Kingsbury Court Care home, she was well looked after and cared for. She was always happy and smiling and had no complaints. The staff were always caring and helpful and would always make time for her considering she had communication problems.
The process of the MMCG group made it so easy for us to get her in the residential home which makes a stressful time less stressful.

5* accommodation deserves a 5* review.

Overall standard very low.
Poor care received in this case.

Very disappointed with the service and how it has been dealt. My opinion is not the same as others, however, it is based on the level of care witnessed.

Excellent facilities, lovely caring staff. Catering staff very friendly. Management and communication to residents families very poor. Lots of promises but little action re garden landscaping, newsletters, email communication about staff changes etc. Lots of management change which is unsettling for staff and residents.

Overall Experience
Very good care home, staff are excellent, good menu for residents, nice and pleasant grounds and lots going on for the residents.

Although normally very clean and tidy, can sometimes see room not cleaned thoroughly.

Overall Experience
Kingsbury Court is always very clean and tidy. The staff are always ready to answer any questions and are attentive.

Sometimes some of my father-in-laws belongings go missing eg. shaver, glasses etc and anything that can be done to alleviate this would be great. All in all very good.

Kingsbury Court is clean, tidy and well organised. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Problems are always sorted out quickly and efficiently. The reception staff are caring and care staff are all excellent and always accommodating to the needs of the resident and family. Communication is excellent. We are very satisfied with the excellent care which my dad receives.
