I moved my Mother to Kingsbury Court from another home in January this year.
Mother is now visibly happier and very much better looked after. Her skin is much better, she has clean clothes on, her nails are trimmed.
All of the team at Kingsbury are friendly, caring and helpful. A special thanks
to two staff members in particular for providing such excellent quality care. Also thanks to another specific staff member for her wonderful food service and all the care team.

I come to see my friend I have known for 25 years. My friend is always well dressed and nice & comfortable. The other guests are well cared for & happy. Plenty of staff in attendance. The resturant is well presented with a good menu.

My mum spent 9 years at Kingsbury Court. She was extremely well looked after and treated with care and affection. Her dignity was always maintained and the staff were superb. I live abroad but I was always kept closely informed. I highly recommend Kingsbury Court and am grateful Mum was in their care.

My wife was received into Kingsbury Court after an 8-week stay in hospital. From day one, she was greeted by very friendly staff, and throughout her first week of change was made to feel at home. To date, she has received exceptional care by every staff member. Her room, facilities, food and activities
are all geared to her needs, which helps me to accept her new home. Management too must be applauded for all their help/guidance to my wife, family and myself.

Nan seems settled here and often gets checked in on whilst I am visiting. Events used to engage Nan a lot in the activities and the staff are always very friendly (in the majority) but Nan doesn't want to take part in much now in activities. Always very clean and tidy home with a homely atmosphere.

Mum has been here for 4 months, we are so happy with the service and care. She has been given. The rooms are clean, well-equipped and comfortable, the food and facility are lovely. We are very happy that our mum is being so well looked after. Everyone on the team here is very nice and they all care

We visited for a 96th birthday party. Chef made a fantastic ice cream cake for the celebration. The activity coordinator made such a special effort to ensure our party had a fabulous celebration.
As always the Kingsbury Court staff have gone above and beyond for my dear mother-in-law.

On entering the building you feel a sense of calm seeing how clean and well kept the home is. I have been in the very lovely garden several times. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this home.

Job Title: Home Manager

Hi, my name is José and I began my career in healthcare as a Paramedic in Portugal. I was please to progress into elderly care specialism when I came to England in 2014 and now have a wealth of experience in the care home sector as a Registered Nurse.


My experience has focused on delivery of resident care through leading and supporting my teams in high quality. I have a passion for coaching and mentoring and I love the opportunity to nurture skills with the team and individuals that I am privileged to work alongside.


My management style is to ensure that all we do is very much with a proactive approach and ensuring resident focus, wellbeing, safety and care is at the forefront our delivery and that we meet our clients, resident and families expectations.


I thoroughly enjoy the ongoing relationships I build with our residents and their families to provide a holistic whole home approach to care and to know I can offer families peace of mind in knowing their loved one is well cared for.
