Kingsbury Court Care Home is a 2015 addition to the Maria Mallaband care home range, purpose-designed to offer three separate floors for residential, nursing and dementia care practice.

All floors has its own dining room, lounge and activities area.

Residents can choose from spacious communal areas, dine in style and relax in en-suite bedrooms.

Kingsbury Court is in scenic surroundings and offers long and short-term care packages depending on requirements.

I have visited my friend on several occasions and have found most of the staff welcoming and giving good care and attention to the residents. The home is well appointed, with a good standard of hygiene and cleanliness. My friend had a 97th birthday, which the staff pulled out all the stops to give her
a memorable day, including her favourite singer, birthday cake, bouquet and decorations. Thank you.

My mother has just had her 97th Birthday. Kingsbury Court gave her a wonderful day. Of course, we took lots of photos. Looking at the photos of last year, my mother looks and is so much better. She has put on weight and most of the time she does not want to eat, but with the help of the staff and the

My mother was in Kingsbury for a week. She was very reticent about going because of dementia but she absolutely adored it when she was there. She was very well looked after by the staff and wanted to attend all the activities. There is a variety of things to do and lovely relaxing rooms for the residents.
Its light and the dining room is decorated and makes you feel like you are going out for a meal. Everyone works very hard here.

My aunt has been in the residential care section on respite care for two months after a fall at home. She has been very well cared for is happy and content. She enjoys the food and says all the staff are lovely and very helpful. This was my first visit and I found the place very clean, modern with purpose-built
facilities, luxury furnishings just like a nice hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and informative. The place was secure and felt safe, providing a calm environment offer recuperation. The ensuite bedroom is large and airy a lovely place.

When I was reviewing a placement for my mother. All homes I visited were cold calling. Each time I was drawn back to Kingsbury Court Care Home, open, honest, 24/7 access. Best decision I made. Any issues with care are discussed immediately and positive action taken.
All the permanent staff I am on
first name terms. Access to visit is 24/7, as I am on shifts this is, even more, a benefit. Activities are good and also improving my mother stays in her room and the animal activities are taken to her.

My dad arrived directly from a hospital , this care home took care of him, received him and made him feel comfortable and welcome.
During my father's stay the staff cared for him with extreme care and confidence, they treated him as a friend and looked after all his needs. I found all the staff to
be highly qualified and caring with a can-do attitude that made my dad's stay the most comfortable and happy it could possibly be under the circumstances.
The room was as described and felt more like a hotel than a home for the elderly, a great many activities and areas to just sit and chat.
I would highly recommend this care home.

I was a resident for a week's convalescence, after orthopaedic surgery. I found the staff, almost without exception, very friendly and extremely caring; may have been because I was pretty fit and healthy, just traumatised from the injury. Used the week to recover mentally too - greatly enhanced by friendly

Medication not always correct. Delays with carers attending when call bell pressed, especially during busy periods (20 minutes) (mornings). Shortage of staff early mornings (8 am).

The staff at Kingsbury Court Care Home gave my grandmother the highest levels of care and comfort. Everybody who came into contact with her treated her with great dignity. I would recommend Kingsbury for the staff there, but the facilities are also excellent and family can visit anytime. My grandmother

I had an extremely pleasant visit. The receptionist was particularly helpful and I want you to know how much I appreciated her input into my visit and several phone calls.

Job Title: Home Manager

Hi, my name is José and I began my career in healthcare as a Paramedic in Portugal. I was please to progress into elderly care specialism when I came to England in 2014 and now have a wealth of experience in the care home sector as a Registered Nurse.


My experience has focused on delivery of resident care through leading and supporting my teams in high quality. I have a passion for coaching and mentoring and I love the opportunity to nurture skills with the team and individuals that I am privileged to work alongside.


My management style is to ensure that all we do is very much with a proactive approach and ensuring resident focus, wellbeing, safety and care is at the forefront our delivery and that we meet our clients, resident and families expectations.


I thoroughly enjoy the ongoing relationships I build with our residents and their families to provide a holistic whole home approach to care and to know I can offer families peace of mind in knowing their loved one is well cared for.
