My friend has only been a resident for four days so I can only give first impressions.
Reception staff are so welcoming to me - the coffee and pastries are much appreciated! Each visit I have received a very warm welcome.
The care staff on the first floor have all been kind and helpful.

Maintainance staff have made the room homely by getting pictures up quickly - so important, toilet raise found immediately.

Every time I have visited my nan, I have found the staff super friendly and cheerful. It was my nan's 102nd Birthday back in May and the staff made her a lovely Birthday cake and put up her Birthday cards and balloons up for her and gathered some relatives to help to celebrate her milestone. Thank you to everyone for caring for my nan and doing such a lovely job.

The caring staff are brilliant, three members in particular, who I see most often. Mum really enjoyed the trip to the garden centre recently. She has also participated in painting and keep fit. My only concern is that things go missing: a throw, 2 pairs of slippers, wine glasses - all purchased and provided for Mum's comfort. I get upset having to look for or ask for things to be found. However, overall Mum receives good care.

Kingsbury Court is a very comfortable care home. It is not the cheapest by any means but overall you do get what you pay for. Food and drink, in particular, is excellent and always has been from day one. Over the years the care and support has been lacking in some areas, but at this time it is improving. My friend is extremely happy to be living at Kingsbury Court.

My mother came to Kingsbury Court in February 2019. She had a lovely spacious room. She was well looked after until she passed away on the 7th August. I have high praise for the staff and the manager. I would highly recommend Kingsbury Court.

Apart from the initial concern about not knowing about our booking, my husband's stay was great. The staff were lovely. The room was lovely. However, due to the nature of the floor, the staff were flat out looking after other residents with severe dementia, therefore my husband was not walked around and it was also very, very hot. Consequently, he was very weak when he came home.

My father was admitted to Kingsbury Court initially as respite care. However, it soon became clear he needed a permanent care package. All the staff from carers to management were very kind, compassionate, and considerate during my father's short time there. They were respectful of his needs and tried to make his end of life as comfortable as possible. I would be happy to recommend Kingsbury Court.

The care and compassion that my mother has received from all the staff at Kingsbury Court has been excellent and when compounded by the challenges of Covid-19 I am somewhat in awe of their commitment to care for the residents. From the people who man the reception to the carers, food preparers, cleaners, activity coordinators, and management they have all played their part in making my mother's residency a pleasurable one. The home is exceptionally clean and the grounds well maintained so when the weather allows, it is a pleasure to be outside. I would without any reservation recommend Kingsbury Court Care home.

Mum has been at Kingsbury Court for one year now, and I have been very happy with her care. Although she has vascular dementia, she is made to feel as though she is part of a family, and all the carers I have come into contact with are very kind to her, which gives me tremendous peace of find and that is all I was hoping for. She has a lovely room, and Kingsbury Court always seems clean and well run.

I couldn't wish for a better home and care for my mother. I used this home a few years ago for a close family relative and when I needed to get my mum into a home last year I didn't look anywhere else. It's exactly what I would expect the staff are amazing and so kind they care for the families of residents and support them too. My mum is very happy in this home and I am happy knowing how well she is being looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I thoroughly recommend this care home.

It was wonderful to be able to see Mum today, even though we were socially distanced. The staff were very professional and all checks were carried out. I know her care remains excellent and would like to thank everyone involved in her care for their professionalism and personal care of Mum.

Kingsbury Court is run efficiently and prioritises the residents care, health and wellbeing about everything. The home is beautiful, clean and all the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Over the covid-19 situation, they have remained communicative and supportive. I could not wish for better care for our father.

My mother, aged 94 was transferred to Kingsbury Court once it became clear that she needed full-time care, particularly given her advanced level of dementia. The admission process was straightforward but I reserve my praise for the staff, who were simply excellent. Caring and patient as you would expect, but with an extra level of sensitivity that set them apart that Mum appreciated and that reassured us. Excellent reception staff as well.
