Kingsbury Court Care Home

Kingsbury Court are very caring and the staff are brilliant, always willing to help and advise when needed.

Mother-in-law is very happy. The room is lovely and looks out onto the garden, beautiful.

My wife was received into Kingsbury Court after an 8-week stay in hospital. From day one, she was greeted by very friendly staff, and throughout her first week of change was made to feel at home. To date, she has received exceptional care by every staff member. Her room, facilities, food and activities are all geared to her needs, which helps me to accept her new home. Management too must be applauded for all their help/guidance to my wife, family and myself.

My sister-in-law has settled in well. The staff really care for her and she is smiling again.

Nan seems settled here and often gets checked in on whilst I am visiting. Events used to engage Nan a lot in the activities and the staff are always very friendly (in the majority) but Nan doesn't want to take part in much now in activities. Always very clean and tidy home with a homely atmosphere.

Mum has been here for 4 months, we are so happy with the service and care. She has been given. The rooms are clean, well-equipped and comfortable, the food and facility are lovely. We are very happy that our mum is being so well looked after. Everyone on the team here is very nice and they all care so much about their job.

Thank you for taking such good care of my Nana. She is very obviously well looked after, the staff are so attentive.

On entering the building you feel a sense of calm seeing how clean and well kept the home is. I have been in the very lovely garden several times. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this home.

As always the Kingsbury Court staff have gone above and beyond for my dear mother-in-law.

We were here for a birthday party for my husband's grandmother and it was beautiful! The staff did a wonderful job decorating and making the day special. They made a beautiful cake and it was so amazing!

Kingsbury is excellent. The staff are wonderful. We love going there, but there needs to be more training, for all things to do with changing urine bags so the urine does not spill! There is not enough car parking sometimes.

The care and attention given to my mother-in-law in the last few weeks has been unbelievably good.

I can’t thank the staff at Kingsbury Court Care Home enough. My mum came for respite but I knew she had to stay, four weeks later she is now a permanent resident and is loving every minute of it! She found it hard at first but the staff made her feel well welcome. The activities are fab and my mum loves looking at her chart to see what’s going on!

Myself personally have always been very well greeted on every occasion. My Mum seems happy, the staff have an endless task with some of the patients, they manage them with such professionalism. I could not be happier with the overall experience.

Mum has only recently moved to Kingsbury Court. She is on end-of-life care and after my visit today, I felt reassured that she will be extremely well cared for and made as comfortable as possible. Her room looks out into the garden even though she can't go out there it's nice she can at least see it. All the staff that I have met were kind, helpful and very cheerful. I am very happy for Mum to spend her last days at Kingsbury Court.

I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful to me when I visit. They are all very kind to the resident and handle her with great care, and are gentle when doing so. She is always kept clean and fresh. Thank you for all you do for her.

Kingsbury Court is a second home to me as I visit my husband daily. On arrival, I am always greeted and made welcome by the friendly receptionists and management staff. I am happy too, with the care my husband receives from the kind and caring nurses and carers. Well done Kingsbury Court and a huge thank you!

Kingsbury is a lovely care home. All the staff are friendly and caring. The food is amazing. The residents are happy and have alot of activities. Management is professional and very supportive. Well done to all the professionals that work at Kingsbury.

Excellent staff and very helpful to us when visiting and giving us information when my mother-in-law has problems, as we do not live locally.

My husband has been looked after and cared for as well as is possible and the care staff as well as other auxiliary staff have been unfailingly friendly and efficient. Altogether, an excellent experience for the patient and his family and visitors.
