Any concerns have been dealt with straight away by the manager, she makes me feel really reassured and confident that if there are any issues I can bring it to her attention comfortably and that my dad will be cared for in the right way.

All that I can say about the Mulberry Care Home is that my father is in good hands. All the staff are friendly and professional and they keep me informed of my fathers day to day health when I can't be there. They are making a very difficult time in my life a lot easier to deal with knowing that my father is being well looked after.

The building and gardens needs some updating
However the CARE is excellent
All the staff are friendly ro both residents, relatives, visitors and other members of staff
My only real concern is that my brother is unable to access any outdoor areas because his chair cannot go outside and he is unsafe in a normal wheelchair
A special mention must be given to the activities co ordinator who goes above and beyond in providing a very varied programme of activities and delivers them with zeal
Each client is treated with dignity and respect and as an individual .
Well done to all the carers and staff
Nursing staff are always approachable and knowledgeable and seem to anticipate need as much as reacting to it

Admin staff also seem to know each client well and are very helpful if any concerns/issues/problems occur

The staff are nice and friendly. The place is clean and warm. Food is to a high standard. I can visit any time. It's nice that there is a small quiet lounge where my mum can visit and watch television if she wants to.

My mother has Alzheimers and is in long term care at Mulberry Court. All the staff are so caring and my mum considers them all to be her friends. Nothing is too much trouble, and the staff are respectful to everyone, including family visits.
The home has a cheerful atmosphere.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

Always friendly staff, very helpful plenty of activities on offer if my sister wants to get involved. I understand my sister's illness so I also understand how difficult it must be to keep her nails and hair clean and tidy. I have noticed that she has a good appetite and it is maintained through the lovely food on offer at the home.

Dad has been at Mulberry Court since 2022. The staff are very friendly and caring. There have been some issues regarding his care but they have always been addressed when brought to the attention of management. Dad is happy and settled overall. Recently the rooms have been decorated and updated which has improved the facilities. Overall, Dad is settled and we are happy with his care.

This is one of the finest care homes I have come across. My aunt has been in a few but she had not seemed content as she has at Mulberry Court. The staff are wonderful carers and are always interacting with the residents. I have seen residents and staff socialising in and out of the care home and the community. Always fun activities at Mulberry Court.

My mother was a resident at Mulberry Court Care Home and she was treated with respect and dignity throughout her stay. The management team always kept me and my family up to date relating to our mother. There is a lot of laughter in the home and they keep the residents stimulated with lots of activities. I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful caring home to any future residents.

My experience of Mulberry Court has been a really good one. My friend is so well looked after (much better than her previous care home).

She is now happy and content and she is flourishing because of the excellent care she now gets. I can't praise or thank the staff enough.

Dad and Mum were both residents, sadly Dad passed in 2019 and Mum a few weeks ago. Mum's care was phenomenal, they even sent a carer to be with mum in the last three days she was in the hospital. I can't thank everyone involved with Mulberry Court. It was more a family than a care home. Thank you all from the bottom of my and my family's hearts.
