Mulberry Court Care Home

My mother is in this place not been here long the carers are amazing they look after her really well she allways kpt clean the food I give that a ten star rating she gets to choose what food she likes and if she doesn't eat well they try again later on in the day I can fault this care home they have been amazing looking after her really well what more can I say lovely staff very nice

Any concerns have been dealt with straight away by the manager, she makes me feel really reassured and confident that if there are any issues I can bring it to her attention comfortably and that my dad will be cared for in the right way.

Since my dad moved to Mulberry I am very happy with his care.

The management and staff are so caring and facilities cannot be faulted.

Mulberry Court Care Home is a place I Call home for my dear friend. He is well taken care of. The Staff are very friendly and the management is approachable. Any concerns I have expressed regarding my friend, were well addressed. I truly appreciate all your continued Support towards my dear Friend. Thank you.

My husband is happy living here, i am happy that he lives here my son thinks that everyone is wonderful, The staff are brilliant helpful, caring and I've never been to a home that doesn't smell as nice as this one.

All that I can say about the Mulberry Care Home is that my father is in good hands. All the staff are friendly and professional and they keep me informed of my fathers day to day health when I can't be there. They are making a very difficult time in my life a lot easier to deal with knowing that my father is being well looked after.

Admin staff also seem to know each client well and are very helpful if any concerns/issues/problems occur

The staff are nice and friendly. The place is clean and warm. Food is to a high standard. I can visit any time. It's nice that there is a small quiet lounge where my mum can visit and watch television if she wants to.

Visiting my brother as always has been satisfactory to good and the staff very pleasant.

Always friendly staff, very helpful plenty of activities on offer if my sister wants to get involved. I understand my sister's illness so I also understand how difficult it must be to keep her nails and hair clean and tidy. I have noticed that she has a good appetite and it is maintained through the lovely food on offer at the home.

The staff are very caring and helpful. The food is excellent. I enjoy sitting in the courtyard.

Dad has been at Mulberry Court since 2022. The staff are very friendly and caring. There have been some issues regarding his care but they have always been addressed when brought to the attention of management. Dad is happy and settled overall. Recently the rooms have been decorated and updated which has improved the facilities. Overall, Dad is settled and we are happy with his care.

This is one of the finest care homes I have come across. My aunt has been in a few but she had not seemed content as she has at Mulberry Court. The staff are wonderful carers and are always interacting with the residents. I have seen residents and staff socialising in and out of the care home and the community. Always fun activities at Mulberry Court.

The entertainment is outstanding. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, any problems are addressed quickly and efficiently.

My mother was a resident at Mulberry Court Care Home and she was treated with respect and dignity throughout her stay. The management team always kept me and my family up to date relating to our mother. There is a lot of laughter in the home and they keep the residents stimulated with lots of activities. I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful caring home to any future residents.

She is now happy and content and she is flourishing because of the excellent care she now gets. I can't praise or thank the staff enough.
