Bankview Day Care Centre is a registered care facility, providing up to 25 day care spaces; the highly developed building is positioned within the grounds of Bankview Care Home, and as such free door to door transport is available to the immediate locality.
The day care service is located within easy reach of Stirling, Falkirk, Kilsyth, Cumbernauld and enjoys easy access to the M80. The centre is unique as it provides many aspects of personal care and support, including bathing using specialised equipment.
Home cooked lunches, snacks and afternoon tea are available throughout the day in a bright and comfortable environment, and a lively programme of entertainment and stimulation is also available to Service Users, including; music therapy, art & crafts, beauty therapy and visits to places of local interest.
An on-site shop is open throughout the day which sells a range of everyday items, as well as some arts and crafts made by the Service Users.
Fees at Bankview Day Care will depend on the needs of the prospective Service User, but more information can be provided by the Service Manager in the home.

My Dad (Sam) has been attending Bankview Day Care Centre three times a week for the last 6 months. Dad really enjoys his time there. He loves his dinner and meeting staff and others who attend the Day Cate Centre. Lovely caring staff.

Dad loves day care. He loves the company, the activites. The place is beautiful and very homely. All staff are lovely. Dad would go 7 days a week if he could. He always has a smile on his face when it's a daycare day. Would recommend this facility to anyone.

My husband is a day care visitor to Bankview on a Saturday & Monday. I visited Bankview before applying for care and was impressed by the standard of the premises. He is collected by minibus approx 9.30am & returned home at 3.3.pm approx. I cannot praise enough of the care taken by the staff in helping my husband, as his mobility is not good. He is very happy in attending on a daily basis. I would however appreciate a monthly report on his behaviour when there because he is unable to report himself.

Mum has been attending Bankview day care for a year now - I cannot talk highly enough of them. Mum wears incontinent pads and can sometimes leak onto her trousers - This is dealt with sensitively + discreetly without other service users knowing. Her overall mood is so much better since attending. She is more engaged + chatty and enjoys the activities + food there. Mum loves all of the staff + looks forward to going. Their communication with my sister and I is also first class.
