My Dad has been a resident at Gower Gardens for approximately 8 weeks. During that time the staff have treated him with courtesy and kindness, as well as a lot of patience to help him settle in.

Gower Gardens have cared for my father for 12 months until his death at the home in August. Throughout that time the whole Gower Gardens team have been fantastic, very caring & kind. Dad had dementia & their care of my father has provided my mother who is 96 with a whole new lease of life.

I am most impressed with the location and the facilities here. The staff are most helpful and there is always someone on hand to manage my exits. I think my cousin will find it difficult and confusing at first as she has lived alone for many years.

I visit my mom regularly 3 times a week and I find everybody very friendly and informative about my moms condition and health and call me if there is any change or treatment needed, the meals are lovely and there is plenty of entertainment to keep residents occupied.

Mom came to home July 2 after losing mobility. She was very unsure as this loos came on suddenly. Despite still being in a period of adjustment to her new way of life, mom has settled well she joins in with activities and has made new friends Gower Gardens treat her as though they are her family.

I have nothing negative at all to say about Gower Gardens. Residents are very well looked after. The food is really nice (I've tried it myself) and activities are really tailored to the clients. All the staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Mum moved into Gower Gardens in May 2025 and has settled in really well, better than I could have hoped for, in fact. Mum is eating better, walking again and preparing to join in with activities shortly. I am really pleased and credit this change 100% to the staff completely.

Mum has the most brilliant time at Grower Gardens. The staff and the home were exceptional. It is more like a holiday hotel than a care home. Mum was well cared for during her stay and made a lot of friends. She was very upset that she had to leave. I'm sure she will be back to stay in the future. Thank

My father was admitted into Gower Gardens for two weeks respite whilst I was on holiday. The home was very clean, enjoyed activities and staff made him feel very welcome.

Gower Gardens is a wonderful care/nursing home. My mother was accommodated there at very short notice. She was looked after extremely well by very caring and hard working staff. As my father decided he also needed 24/7 care, we moved both of them to another care home who were able to provide accommodation
in a double room. This was the main reason for my mother leaving Gower Gardens who do not provide this option.

My mother had been a resident for 19 months at Gower Gardens care home until her passing in January 2025. In that time, the staff helped her with all of her mobility and medical needs, but most of all, they became friends and helped her to make friends with the other residents. We can not fault the
devotion to duty shown by all the staff, whatever their position, they always had time to help, chat about what mom had been doing, and what she was looking forwards to, they turned a single en suite room into a home that she loved.
The facilities are very clean, modern and well looked after, we would have no hesitation to give them the highest recommendation possible as we can not thank them enough for my mother's care and well being.

I am writing to say a very big thank you to you and all the team for your help and hard work in making our relative's birthday party so successful.
She looked lovely in her new dress, her room was already decorated with her 90 banners - the quiet lounge looked so welcoming with the banners and
the tables set out and the cake was a real success with everyone.

Generally good, although the quality and variety of the food comes up fairly frequently. Not only with my relative but with other savvy residents as well.
Specific is the lack of vegetable variety and general temperature of food.
The sweets range could also be improved, The other day a single cupcake
was served up on its own, with no plate no extras no custard or cream. That should be improved upon, both in quality and presentation.

We are very happy with the excellent continued care and support given to my mother-in-law. We are kept up to date with any needs she requires. The whole team look smart and welcoming and always answer any questions we have.
The variety of events is amazing, I get regular pictures and although Mom doesn't
always take part there's a lovely atmosphere.
Gower Gardens is so well run and this is thanks to a great team.

Mom is happy in Gower Gardens, the staff are attentive and she loves homemade food. The staff always keeps us informed of events and moms' welfare. Lots of events happening and the bathrooms are good.
