My relative has settled well thanks to the team. He has complex needs and is a very fussy eater. The whole team have taken time to understand his individual needs and how best to meet them. We are confident in the care and when we leave we know he is safe, this is priceless, he has had a very difficult
life.

I'm disabled and my wife is in the home with dementia, I went in over Xmas for 2 weeks to be with her. I was very surprised by the care that was taken to make her feel comfortable, the carers seem to go that extra mile to help, so different to other homes she's been in. The food is good and the home
spotless, the cleaners are always on the go. Although not the cheapest, I would recommend to anyone.

My mum moved into Gower Gardens in November. She has had exceptional care by all the staff. Gower Gardens is bright and airy, beautifully decorated and furnished. It is impeccably clean. The food is amazing (I had Christmas dinner with my mum on Christmas day). All staff from all areas are really friendly
and approachable. Lovely relationships have been formed with my mum in a very short space of time. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mum initially came for respite with a view to becoming a more permanent resident. Within 2 weeks of her stay she wanted to make Gower Gardens her permanent residence. Everyone is so helpful and caring that they are a big extended family making what I anticipated to be emotional and difficult an easy
transition.

My mother became a resident of Gower Gardens in May 2023. My mother was made to feel very welcome by all the staff as she settled into her new home.
Seven months later, my mother has settled in very well and is now very contented in her new home.
The staff are excellent, very caring and friendly.
The facilities are excellent.

We had Christmas lunch at the care home with Mom.
The staff made it such a special time they worked so hard preparing for the day everything was perfect. We really appreciated it and Mom enjoyed her first Christmas in the home.

From the initial meeting with a member of staff who carried out a review of my dad's needs which led to us choosing Gower Gardens. My dad has been treated with care and dignity by all members of staff. The care and support they give are excellent, we are always informed if Dad is unwell and a doctor
has been called to see him. Members of staff are always happy to talk about Dad's needs. To date, I can find no fault with Gower Gardens and its staff.

Gower Gardens look after my mother-in-law very well. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. The seniors are all knowledgeable and proactive when looking after my mother-in-law.
My mother-in-law feels safe being looked after in Gower Gardens and after a bad fall at home, this is important both
to her and to us.
We, as visitors, are always made to feel welcome and our thoughts and concerns important to the staff at every level.

Gower Gardens is lovely to visit and live in. All the staff have time to say hello and keep you up to date about your relative's care. If you have any issues, the manager is always happy to see you and if not immediately available, she will get back to you.

Dad was well looked after in Gower Gardens Care Home. Everyone from the manager, the care team, entertainment staff, caterers and cleaners were very helpful and polite and couldn't do enough to help. I felt well informed when Dad had problems or medical issues and communication was excellent. The home
is very clean, well maintained and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this home.

I visit once a week for about an hour. Staff are pleasant to me and my friend, sometimes providing refreshments. Christmas activities were good, but the TV in the main lounge seems to be just left on regardless of the programme and was not engaging the residents despite being very loud. Shortage of
staff has had a negative effect on my friend - morning rise and bedtimes late and loss of mobility. She has to wait for two carers to be moved and no longer uses her walking frame independently.
