My mother became unwell and this was quickly picked up by the carers. Their prompt actions to make Mum comfortable and initiate medical attention were exemplary and much appreciated.

The resident is generally happy with his care, any cause for concern is checked with the senior on shift, who will usually give a reason for the problem and explain it. The resident is fussy with food and the host on the floor is trying to address this.

My relative has settled well thanks to the team. He has complex needs and is a very fussy eater. The whole team have taken time to understand his individual needs and how best to meet them. We are confident in the care and when we leave we know he is safe, this is priceless, he has had a very difficult life.

I'm disabled and my wife is in the home with dementia, I went in over Xmas for 2 weeks to be with her. I was very surprised by the care that was taken to make her feel comfortable, the carers seem to go that extra mile to help, so different to other homes she's been in. The food is good and the home spotless, the cleaners are always on the go. Although not the cheapest, I would recommend to anyone.

My mum moved into Gower Gardens in November. She has had exceptional care by all the staff. Gower Gardens is bright and airy, beautifully decorated and furnished. It is impeccably clean. The food is amazing (I had Christmas dinner with my mum on Christmas day). All staff from all areas are really friendly and approachable. Lovely relationships have been formed with my mum in a very short space of time. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mum initially came for respite with a view to becoming a more permanent resident. Within 2 weeks of her stay she wanted to make Gower Gardens her permanent residence. Everyone is so helpful and caring that they are a big extended family making what I anticipated to be emotional and difficult an easy transition.

From the initial meeting with a member of staff who carried out a review of my dad's needs which led to us choosing Gower Gardens. My dad has been treated with care and dignity by all members of staff. The care and support they give are excellent, we are always informed if Dad is unwell and a doctor has been called to see him. Members of staff are always happy to talk about Dad's needs. To date, I can find no fault with Gower Gardens and its staff.

Gower Gardens look after my mother-in-law very well. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. The seniors are all knowledgeable and proactive when looking after my mother-in-law.
My mother-in-law feels safe being looked after in Gower Gardens and after a bad fall at home, this is important both to her and to us.

We, as visitors, are always made to feel welcome and our thoughts and concerns important to the staff at every level.

Dad was well looked after in Gower Gardens Care Home. Everyone from the manager, the care team, entertainment staff, caterers and cleaners were very helpful and polite and couldn't do enough to help. I felt well informed when Dad had problems or medical issues and communication was excellent. The home is very clean, well maintained and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this home.
