Manor Grange provides exemplary standards of nursing and residential care as well as respite and dementia care in purpose-designed accommodation. Very satisfied with the care my mother receives at Manor Grange. Her needs are well taken care of and the staff are friendly. The food is also very nice with a good choice.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Care and facilities are overall extremely good. Communication between residents and staff could be improved in relation to opportunities to be involved in activities/outings. More help with putting on TV etc. would be appreciated.

While working at Manor Grange I was promoted to Head Housekeeper, my job role consists of leading the housekeeping team and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness are maintained within both cleaning and laundry. I also liaise with Residents & Relatives to help identify and resolve any problems which may occur.

I enjoy building strong relationships with both Residents and Relatives. I lead a small but growing team of Activities staff who are all dedicated to bringing joy to our Residents. I can honestly say that Manor Grange is the best place I have worked in, we are a big family and this is “Home” and not “A Home”.
