It is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are very kind and look after you very well. It is very clean with excellent food.
I have had the most wonderful time. Even a birthday plus a birthday cake - I might take the chef home!
Simply superb care, Nothing too much trouble and very professional. A few minor items as you would expect in a new establishment but not worth mentioning. Overall, Excellent.
My father has spent time at Thank you Llandaff over the past few months. The care and attention he has received has been exceptional. He has stayed at a few other car homes by Ty Llandaff is far superior in all aspects - the care, the attentive staff, the food is prepared by an in-house chef, the bedrooms and living areas. It's a first class, wonderful environment.
Thank you so much everybody.
Felt well cared for. Staff were great, could do with someone coming around to sell newspapers or drinks etc.
My father has now been at Ty Llandaff for over a month and we are so very pleased to have chosen this home for him. The experienced staff have all been wonderful – patient, caring and kind. The manager is always welcoming to us all visiting and nothing is ever too much trouble. The décor is beautiful and it is like a five-star boutique hotel with comfy bedrooms, communal areas for visitors to enjoy with residence a cinema room (great atmosphere during 6 Nations rugby games) as well as a gym and a salon for some pampering. The food is delicious and the chef has been fantastic in getting to know my father and working together with him to build up his appetite again after a long time in the hospital. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone.
My mother is staying at Ty Llandaff after being very ill in hospital for 5 months. I have to say the home is excellent. The staff are so nice and friendly and I feel I can discuss any worries or questions with them. The food is mouthwatering, with top class chefs. I wish I could live here. The rooms are excellent. They are comfortable, cosy and warm. Patients are taken out for walks so they can have some fresh air. The facilities at the home are outstanding. It has a cinema and gym amongst other things so patients can enjoy their stay. This is a fantastic home and I highly recommend it. Thanks Ty Llandaff.
The meals cannot be faulted, my mother has nothing but praise for the chef.
All the rooms are light and airy and the cleanliness is excellent.
My grandmother was in Ty Llandaff for 2 weeks respite care following a hip replacement. I cannot recommend the home and the staff highly enough. Very experienced staff were on hand for any queries we had. They took my grandmother out on a walk to the park. The home is of a very luxurious standard and the care provided is tailored to each individual and very patient centred. The food was of a very superior standard. Visiting entertainment was provided including musical evenings etc.
Wonderful service, care and all needs. Adhered to, including physiotherapy. Nothing, any trouble to manager or staff. Food superb and all adds to the well-being and care. Requirements via doctor, planned and organised well, entertainment plus activities. A very well run care home.
I didn't want to be parted from my husband - who needs nursing care - at Christmas with no family nearby to share in the festivities. I approached Ty Llandaff to see if they could accommodate and care for my husband and without hesitation, they invited me to stay as their guest. It was our best Christmas present as we spent time together in 5* luxury.
The staff were professional, caring and friendly. The food was good, plentiful and attractively presented. The facilities were first class - beautiful furnishings and decor, but the most important factor, is that the staff working so well together, had created a special, happy and fun atmosphere in which to relax and to enjoy our days together. Our visitors were made to feel welcome too - an added bonus. A Christmas to remember.
I have no hesitation in recommending this care home to our friends and to anyone looking for a haven in which to be cared for in a true professional and loving manner.
