individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing
Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

The overall care for my father is of the highest level. Everyone at Gracewell's is very professional in whatever capacity of their employment. The environment is one of care and friendliness. Everyone cannot do enough to help my father and us, as his family. Gracewell's of Adderbury has only been
open since April this year with my father arriving at the end of July. The number of residents is gradually increasing but that is not taking away from the level of care which is given to the residents as the levels of staff are increasing pro rata.
The staff are very visible in each of the areas trying to ensure that each of the residents are happy in their environment and are there very quickly when any of the residents press their call button. The activities and entertainments are very well organised and very much enjoyed. My family are very grateful for the help everyone is giving my father - it has made the difficult decision of placing him in a care home, that little bit easier.

Moving my husband into care was the hardest decision I have ever had to take. He has only been at Gracewell of Adderbury for a week but already I realise that all the staff are united in determination to look after him, keep him safe, to understand him and his health needs, to help him to live as full
a life as possible and all this will happen in beautiful and serene surroundings.

Beautiful rooms and amenities but nothing can surpass the staff. All the staff are extremely caring and attentive, you couldn't ask for better.

My brother-in-law became a resident at Gracewell yesterday. I was immediately impressed by the welcome from all the staff and then by their care, as they got to know him. He is already happy in his new home. I wish everyone could receive such excellent end-of-life care. Gracewell is a truly wonderful

The wonderful people at Gracewell gave my father the best care possible to the very end of his life. He had eight very happy months there.
I thank each and every one of Gracewell's staff for their hard work, dedication, professionalism and kindness to him and our family, especially during those
difficult end days.
You won't find a better care home in north Oxfordshire.

It's a little while since my last review but my views about Gracewell of Adderbury remain unchanged. It is a wonderful place. I cannot fault the support, care and love given to mum by the staff at Gracewell. The cleanliness and high standard of medical care are also excellent. Huge thanks to you all
who have helped and continue to help mum settle into her new life. She herself speaks very highly of everyone and tells me she is very happy at Gracewell of Adderbury - so reassuring for us all.

Our cousin has had 1 month's respite care and enjoyed the experience very much indeed. We do hope it will be possible to repeat the exercise three times a year, just to give us a break! It was a joy to visit our cousin as she was so happy and all staff so helpful and charming.

Excellent service from initial enquiries to taking up residence. This service continues with sharing of information. Information about third party services e.g wheelchair and continuous care allowance to food and day to day care.

I have been blown away by the care and compassion shown to my Father since his admission earlier this week. Everyone involved in his care has his best interests as their motivation. The facilities are superb and staff amazing. The relief I feel that he is here, being looked after and cared for, is hard
to put into words. I know that they have 'got' him (and have got us by extension). I look forward to him becoming part of this wonderful community.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Gracewell to see my mother in law.
I can only say the standard of care, the quality of the room and all facilities are excellent.
I have now visited multiple times and each time I have been greeted with total professionalism.
Nothing is too much trouble for the
staff.
Since my mother in law has been under Gracewell's care she has without doubt blossomed.
She is now more confident and relaxed and looking forward to life.

I cannot recommend Gracewell of Adderbury highly enough to anyone looking for a home for their loved one. It is purpose built so everything is lovely and new and I guess a little like walking into a hotel, but it is definitely a home firstly and foremost. My mother has taken to it like a duck to water
every single member has taken the time to get to know her story, her likes and dislikes and what makes her tick. She is stimulated every day by various activities form discussion groups, to card games, quizzes, gardening, arts and crafts, if an interest is expressed in something every effort is made to provide stimulation around that interest and if the activity is beyond some because of a medical condition, then another one is found or one to one assistance given to enable a resident to join in. The food is nothing short of superb wit care given to allergies and dislikes. The team at Gracewell of Adderbury have worked hard to provide a safe and happy home with care that is delivered with genuine warmth, compassion, patience, dignity and respect.

Wojciech Kuczkowski

I’ve been a General Manager for over ten years in other care homes. I worked my way up from care roles into management. I originally trained in management and marketing in my native Poland.


I was very positive about working for Care UK because it has a great reputation, and puts residents at the heart of everything it does. Its values of Caring, Passionate and Teamwork closely echo my own.


There’s always something new to learn and to tackle in this role, but there’s a solution to every challenge and, ultimately, seeing residents enjoying life here at Seccombe Court is what makes everything worthwhile. Knowing I’m making a positive impact on their lives is what motivates me. I’m very proud of the way the team delivers exceptional care to all residents and their loved ones.
