My mother was a very happy resident at Sairam Villa from March 2020 to October 2023. The staff were all so very caring, respectful, warm and friendly that she began to consider Sairam as her home. The companionship she received improved her health and sense of well-being. I have the deepest respect for the management and staff for the care they gave to my mother. I will be forever grateful to all of them.
Thank you so much for your lovely review and for your recognition of the dedication of the whole team at Sairam Villa.
Our mother was a resident from October 2019 till March 2024, when she sadly left us aged nearly 91 years. Throughout this period she was cared by Sairam with respect, dignity, and compassion. This was done by all the different staff from personal carers, ancillary staff, kitchen staff, team leaders, registered nurses, activities coordinator, administrators, the visiting GP and the home manager. There were numerous aspects that made our mother's stay fulfilling, including participating in the variety of activities, festivals, celebrations, family visits, etc. The basic core services such as personal care, hygiene, food and nutrition, medication, health and wellness were provided really well. Staff showed genuine care. Thank you again for enabling our mother’s final years of her life to be comfortable, respectful, and peaceful.
Thank you for taking the time to write this kind review, I will make sure the team at Sairam Villa are made aware of your thoughtful words.

Our mum was a resident at Sairam Villa for almost four years. She was a strong person and demanding. The whole team of Sairam took great care and responded well to all her requirements. Sadly she passed away in December 2023 at the age of 109 years. We like to thank all the staff at Sairam Villa Care Home for their dedication and commitment to looking after our mum.
Thank you you for your lovely review, I will make sure the team are thanked at Sairam Villa, our condolences are extended to you and your family.
My mother has been living at Sairam Villa for over 2 years and is in a happy place. The care home is well-equipped and the staff are very polite and attentive to my mother's needs. There are daily activities and the coordinator of these activities does a wonderful job in getting all the residents involved. Overall, the experience has been excellent.

My mother has been living at Sairam Villa just over a year. She has been receiving excellent care at the care home. The team of management and staff are very professional, caring, kind and supportive. The activity coordinator is fantastic for arranging suitable events for the residents and keeps them stimulated. I have always found the place very clean. There is a variety of freshly prepared vegetarian food. I would highly recommend Sairam Villa. Thank you very much for the amazing care you all provide.

From day one onwards, we could see the difference.
The staff are so kind, caring and compassionate towards the residents and their relatives.
The care Mum receives at Sairam Villa is excellent, and after months of worrying about Mum, I am now relieved.
The environment is very peaceful. My mum has dementia, and she gets anxious in the evenings.
The staff all talked to her very kindly and put her mind to rest.
I would highly recommend Sairam Villa.

Clean reception and friendly receptionist. No unwanted items in the corridor are ever seen. Seems a well-kept place. Staff are all helpful and clear in their communication and show loads of dedication to the care of the residents. The events coordinator works very hard to make sure residents get a variety of entertainment and is very knowledgeable of Hindu rituals and auspicious events.
Thank you so much for your lovely review and recommendation.
My father has been living at Sairam Villa for almost a month now and we have been so impressed with everything. The communication from the staff, the care he has been provided and the activities put in place have helped him to settle in. The community aspect (Gujarati food, events and language spoken) has been wonderful. The room is well-equipped and spacious and my dad is happy at Sairam Villa.
Thank you very much for this lovely review of Sairam Villa.
I can say, without a doubt, she is being cared for extremely well, and the staff are helpful and happy to assist with her needs. There is plenty of activity (more would be good!), and the safety of the residents is their priority (during Covid, it was a strict lockdown managed perfectly). I also always get updates from the nurses when she is not well. I cannot thank the team enough for all that they do.
Thank you for taking the time to review our lovely care home; all feedback is greatly recieved.

Since coming here, we have seen a significant improvement in her physical and mental health. She has settled in well and seems to be very happy here!
She is always treated with respect, compassion and dignity by the staff.
She's Gujarati, Jain and doesn't speak English and required dementia care!

Staff are all very helpful, the place is very clean and tidy, and the service is well run. My mother has been here for five years, looked after well and engaged in social and cultural activities. Staff have done a fantastic job through the Covid pandemic restrictions. They have always been available to discuss any concerns. Fully recommends this nursing home.

My mother has been at Sairam since mid-January 2023 and has settled in well. She is very happy with the care and attention she gets and gets on well with the carers. She also enjoys all the activities and is always happy to participate. She likes the variety of food she eats and also enjoys watching Indian TV channels. Her room is very airy and bright, and the bathroom is always clean. I am happy that she gets urgent medical attention whenever the need arises, and one member of staff takes good care of her. Overall, the services provided are excellent.
Thank you for your review of Sairam Villa. Your recognition of the work the teams do is very much appreciated by them, and it also helps people looking for a home for their loved ones.
Happy with the service provided to my dad. Looked after well, and very helpful staff, always willing to sort out the problems the residents have. The care home kept up well with the tough Covid times and kept us informed about this situation, and the restrictions were placed in order.
Thank you for your lovely review. Our teams work hard to ensure we give the best to our residents and to ensure their safety at all times; we appreciate such positive feedback and will pass this on to our team at Sairam Villa.
I am always well informed by nurses if my mum is unwell, whether she has been seen by the GP and any medication prescribed.
There are usually no activities at the weekend hence my mum gets bored.

The care home offers ample open spaces, including a garden, for residents to enjoy during the summer months. Overall, Sairam Villa Care Home is an excellent choice for elderly care. I personally marked the various aspects of the care home as 'Good'; in the boxes below, but they could easily be considered 'Excellent'; based on the level of care and support provided to my mother.
Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation.
