Casa di Lusso Nursing Home

This is a review of the whole period when Viv has been at Casa di Lusso. I have no words to express my gratitude for the care and contact that we both have received. I cannot thank you enough

Casa di Lusso had my sister as a patient sadly for only 6 days before she passed away. The home is a lovely place, more like a hotel than a care home, clean, comfortable and bright rooms. The staff are all friendly but a special thank you must go to Sareena and Linda, their help was invaluable.

The home is a modern well appointed facility and well managed. The home is an oasis of calm especially for residents who have more challenging requirements. The facilities provided are excellent with a beautiful garden which is a fabulous asset for residents. Thankyou

Mum spent 18 months in Casa di Lusso and was incredibly happy there, it was a joy to visit her and all the staff were great. When she had her stroke, the whole team were incredible and her end of life care was superb. The staff were so caring and tender, some shed genuine tears when she passed. We, her 3 sons, were also held tightly by the whole team. They fed us and brought loads of tea and sympathy. I really cannot recommend Casa di Lusso highly enough.

I found Casa di Lusso reception very welcoming. I've visited at Christmas time and again now coming up to Valentine's day. The staff are always so friendly. The food choices are great. I find all my visits very pleasant. I'm so glad my brother is in such a lovely caring environment. Thank you.

The Home is absolutely fantastic. The staff are lovely willing to help you if you need them Dad settle or doing really well now he's getting on with the staff so they are absolutely fantastic. Would recommend this to anyone who's going through what we are going through with my dad.

The Xmas lunch they served up was so good to such a high standard . The staff all dressed up for Xmas ,dancing to music ,delivered each resident a gift it was truly magical !

Put my father in for respite care, the care he received was excellent. Very clean, staff friendly.

Such a lovely atmosphere at Casa di Lusso & friendliness from all the staff. Nursing care is exceptional & well thought out. The rooms are lovely & feel like home as much as possible. The quality of the food was great & very tasty.

They looked after the family just as well as I stayed at the home for a week at my mums side

It's a pleasure to visit

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Very caring and sensitive support and care shown to my brother and myself. I was notified immediately if my brother was poorly or had a problem. Thank you to all the staff, your support and love was appreciated.

My Dad had the best care possible, and now he's gone I will miss the smiles and caring staff that made our dementia journey bearable.

My mother-in-law became a resident at Casa di Lusso in May 2024, she was previously in another care home for a truly brief period but that care home was unable to deal with her extensive needs. I have only praise for Casa di Lusso, they have been able to deal with my mother-in-law's needs and her excessive and difficult behaviours. The support we have received from the management and staff has been of the highest order. Their caring qualities are exceptional. The management has helped us to deal with the various legislation that is involved with a person who has advanced dementia and this has been invaluable. The family and I were unsure about placing my mother-in-law into care but now know that it was the right thing to do making her safe and cared for to the highest standards!

Mum is no longer with us. Mum received palliative care in her final days at Casa di Lusso Nursing Home. I would text family, peaceful, loved and cared for. Those words could have been used for the entirety of mums time living at Casa di Lusso. The staff are wonderful. Those going home for the weekend, came in to see mum before going home; they knew there would be no mum come Monday morning. I would remark to my work colleagues, the staff are like extended family. They knew mum inside out; we are indebted to them for the loving care showed to mum. Dad also had a brief stay at Casa di Lusso. With dad witnessing at first hand the exceptional care being given to mum, dad made his departure to join the other angels; and wait patiently for mum. Everything written back in July 2023, is as true today, as it was then. The final words though, belong to mum. About May, mum said to me, how long have I been here? About sixteen months mum. Everyone is so kind to me.
