Friendly, kind, amicable staff. Caring, needful duty bound. Clean home, homemade food, family atmosphere. Very impressionable. Down to earth and caring manager. Well, run home. Second to none.

My dear mother entered the Casa di Lusso Nursing Home for palliative care following an unexpected visit to a hospital.
The manager was helpful in showing me around allowing me to take pictures and a video to help Mum decide on the facilities before leaving the hospital. She loved it and decided she
would spend her final weeks here.
This new facility met all our expectations (son and daughter-in-law as well) and Mum even had a choice of private rooms! In the 4 weeks she spent there, Mum was very pleased and we too were impressed by the dedication of staff and their commitment to ensure Mum was happy and comfortable.
In Mum's final days, we were given, and we took, the opportunity to live in so we could be with Mum. This was so thoughtful and we were amazed at the level of care and consideration afforded including providing a cake for her 87th birthday. All the staff involved with Mum and family were really caring throughout. We will never forget what you did for us.

My brother arrived at Casa di Lusso in December 2016 for rehab after breaking his hip. He was doing well but unfortunately, his health took a nosedive in January and he is now permanently there.
I cannot praise the home and all the staff members enough, they are all so friendly, helpful and the care
given to my brother has been excellent.
They are open to advice and suggestions. The rooms are excellent and cleanliness is to a high standard, so much so, it doesn't smell like a nursing home, which is amazing.

I could find no faults when I visited my brother. The home is very clean, spacious. Staff are very welcoming and patient and spend time with each patient.


If I have any problems they take time to help solve them and do not hesitate to phone me if they have any problems with my brother. I would

have to compromise if he was ever moved.

Mum came to Casa di Lusso after being discharged from the hospital after a nasty fall. She was very frail, lost a lot of weight and wanted to die. Your wonderful staff soon changed that.
Mum was made to feel special, encouraging her to eat and back her lovely sense of humour. We were also made very
welcome and the staff were always ready to listen and answer our questions which were many.
Mum had her 90th birthday there with all the family and the staff made a fantastic buffet, the great grandchildren really enjoyed Pirate ship and pets corner. Mum is now ready to go to a residential home due to the very special care you gave her, so a big thank you to all the staff for giving us back our very special mum, now 1 and a half stone heavier.
