Being a Financial Adviser I come across care planning a great deal and the pitfalls of looking for a suitable care home. When my grandmother's care home was closing, I have to admit I panicked. Then I heard that Claremont House was being built. I did my own due diligence on this company and was extremely pleased with my findings. As a result, I worked closely with the marketing manager and the care home manager to secure a place on behalf of my grandmother. She has now been a resident at Claremont House for 1 month and during this time I have seen a significant change in her. The staff seem to go above and beyond when taking care of her. I can't rate the team at Claremont House highly enough and if you are looking for a care home, pay a visit and have a look around. Having viewed many care homes in the area, I believe this is by far the best I've seen.
