In November Mum needed emergency treatment and was hospitalised. Her condition was initially identified by staff who managed the situation extremely professionally. The hospital staff prepared her for discharge. She stated that she was 'ready to go home', identifying Grampian Court as her home - a fitting tribute to the care of Grampian Court. We were delighted at the atmosphere created by staff over the Christmas period - beautiful trees and quality decorations with activities to watch. As always, the food was excellent - two family members enjoyed a Christmas lunch with Mum. Our mother is 96 and is a 'feisty' lady with a strong will, but everyone has taken the time to get to know her (and us). We visit, ring and chat to staff almost as extended family. We know that whilst Mum appears as always to be 'in charge' she does this because of the support of staff and management. We are always aware that she is safe and cared for.

I cannot fault the care that my mum has received whilst in Grampian Court, from day one it has been first class.

Every single member of staff has given my mum the love and care that I wanted for her in her last days. I thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart and I will never forget what you have done for her.

Just to offer our heartfelt thanks to management and staff for all their hard work, dedication and support in making Christmas so very special. I was absolutely dreading not having my husband home but I worried needlessly. We enjoyed greatly the time together, an amazing Christmas dinner. Good fun in a lovely happy atmosphere. Decorations were excellent. 100% first class all round performance. Very grateful thanks.

The care and support given by staff and management at Grampion Court has been excellent. My mother-in-law was in hospital recently and without the support provided by management we would not have been able to get her home in time for Christmas. Successfully she returned to the home on Christmas Eve and the whole family shared a lovely Christmas Day with her.

Thanks to one and all at this excellent facility.

My experience is always warm and friendly. Staff helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too much for them. The food is top class. My aunt enjoys her meals and always has seconds of her porridge. Her bedroom is better than many hotels and always speaks of it as her room. She is never allowed to lie in bed all day but must spend the day in the common room with the other residents. Entertainment is provided which is the highlight of the month for her. A very professional carer.

My brother arrived in June this year and from the outset, he felt very comfortable with his situation here. Each time we visited he would remark on how nice the place is, likening Grampian Court to a hotel and saying how nice the staff are and how well they looked after him. On behalf of all of my brothers family, I would like to thank you all for the care and attention you all showed him. From the better of our hearts, thank you all.
