My mam has been in the home since September 2025. Firstly she was in two different areas and we felt she needed more stimulation. The staff fully supported our 3 moves and couldn't thank them enough for their support and advice when trying to settle mam and have her love where she lives. Only today she bought an ornament that mentions home for her room which is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful and when I've had any worries I have no problem approaching who I need to.

My aunt is 98yrs old, with vascular dementia and we had to move her from another care home where she wasn't happy.
The carers are amazing, understanding and patient!

The care home is absolutely gorgeous, and the grounds and surroundings are so peaceful and picturesque

The most important aspect of Grampian Court ar the staff. From the cleaners, catering staff, carers, activity coordinators, admin and management. Everyone knows all the residents. My mother is treated not only with respect (at all times) but with genuine care and friendship. The place feels like home - not a care home - a home. And also mum feels safe and feels 'at home'. Thank you.

My mam seems really happy. It's taken a lot of pressure off me to know that she is being looked after. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The valentines date my mam had was lovely. I am happy with everything, the food could be a bit better and warmer

So pleased to have our mam living in Grampian Court where we know she is being well looked after and safe. The staff are kind, caring and approachable. Mam has been a resident for 20 months and continues to be happy there. The standards are very high and feels more like a hotel than a care home. There are lots of activities and food is very good. Any queries are always dealt with efficiently. I would highly recommend Grampian. Excellent care home!

My aunt has resided at Grampian Court Care Home for approx 2 years. I could not praise the staff (ALL STAFF) highly enough. They very quickly got to know my aunt and established excellent rapport with her. I know all people are different but they seem to very quickly grasp the way to help her without her losing her dignity (very important for a proud 95 year old) Would consider staff to be 'friends' now.

We have had absolutely no complaints since Mum has been here. The carers and other staff are wonderful, caring, supportive & thoughtful and go out of their way to help Mum. The only thing I would change is Mum's carpet, it has stains from a previous client. There is always something going on for the residents. The Summer festival was wonderful. We are only just starting our journey of self funding and it has been a shock to us the cost of self funding care.

The home and office have been excellent in supporting us.

Very impressed with care given to my sister. Staff are always kind & considerate wth a great understanding of her condition - Dementia. Staff are very respectful. Having worked as a district nurse and also a nurse in charge of a local home Grampian Court rates 5 stars to me. Food served is of a very high standard. Laundry always freshly washed & ironed & rooms always clean. Excellent in my opinion. Activities for residents organised very well, always a fun day.
