The family feeling in the home made both Dad and my family feel welcome any time of day or night. Stockmoor Lodge is an outstanding place to reside.

Staff very caring at all times.

They are well-appointed and well-cared for. The caring tea, are always welcoming, friendly and supportive. If issues arise, they are supportive and sort them out. The home would gain from increased trips out.

My neighbour and I visit regularly to see a friend. Stockmoor Lodge is so friendly, all staff showing care and concern. It feels like a family home! We love the spacious resident's rooms and the decor, lovely colours, modern and always fresh. Have recommended it to our own families. Truly is a home from home. Thank you.

Stockmoor Lodge is helping to make a difficult time manageable. Always welcoming when I walk through the door. The meals are excellent, with hot and cold drinks available all the time. Most of the staff are attentive to Mum's and our needs.

Both the staff and management of Stockmoor Lodge have been the most caring and supportive of any care that I have experienced. The dignity and love that they showed to my father, as well as the support and assistance given to me during an extremely difficult time, was exceptional. I cannot praise Stockmoor Lodge enough. They are truly wonderful.

My sister-in-law was treated very kindly during her stay on Quintock Wing at Stockmoor Lodge. She was as happy as she could be - signing and laughing and joining in activities when her mood was good. She was supervised to dress and take care of herself. Birthdays etc were celebrated to make her feel special. When I visited, I was always warmly welcomed by the staff. The whole place had a friendly 5* feel to it, with 5* staff.

Well done to all the staff for doing a fab job.

Mum has settled in well and seems to enjoy most of the activities and the social aspects. She always says the staff are very good to her and we have found them to be cheerful, approachable and helpful.

The staff at Stockmoor Lodge are mostly (99.9%) friendly and helpful. Some are not, and their manner is abrupt and potentially intimidating. The care Grandad receives is mostly good. However, we have to monitor closely his dry skin condition and oral care of his tongue and glasses care. I can appreciate the crisis of recruiting and retaining and physically demanding role/job. However, Grandad has been a carer to many, so now it is his time to be cared for. We are willing and assessed as okay to support his care needs in the home to help.

On every visit to Stockoor, I found the staff to be welcoming to me. I visit my mother and some days she knows me, and some days she doesn't, and that is very hard to deal with. The fact that the staff show their care and affection to the residents makes the atmosphere calm. It is always clean and tidy, and there are no unpleasant smells. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and decorated. The food is superb.

Staff were well aware of his needs and afforded him the time, care and dignity he required.

Always a warm, welcoming, friendly and professional attitude from all members of staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and always willing to do that bit extra.

The care home is lovely and welcoming and our father has settled in well. Bright and airy with lovely staff. We are confident in the care our father is receiving.

Thanks to the staff on the Carousel unit for the care received and for making my almost 98-year-old godmother comfortable during her end-of-life.

The care my husband receives is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am at peace knowing how well he is looked after.
