Hello, my name is Annie Russell, and I am the Client Service Manager here at Bourne Wood Manor.

I studied at Godalming College, where I completed A-levels in Sociology and Hospitality. Through my studies, I developed strong customer service skills and consistently achieved high targets. My educational background has given me a solid foundation in understanding people and meeting their needs effectively.

I started working in the care sector due to my personal experience of helping my family find care for my grandparents. This experience has been deeply impactful and has equipped me with the qualities needed to be a trustworthy and compassionate person to speak to. It has also fuelled my passion for providing the best possible care and support to residents and their families.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my friends and family. We love going on new adventures, whether it is exploring new places, trying out new activities or simply enjoying each other's company. These experiences have enriched my life and have helped me to become a more empathetic and understanding person. Read less
