Very comfortable and free of stress. Staff are very good and pleasant. They made me feel very welcome.

When Mum first arrived at Astbury Manor she was greeted by reception staff and management which made her feel very welcomed and valued. In her new room they had left a welcome card, flowers and fruit. Her needs and wishes were quickly met and she settled in very quickly. I cannot be happier that this major transition worked so well.

I & my sister cannot believe how well my brother has settled in in a short space of time. He is very happy & content. His care is excellent & his inclusion in all activities is so good for him. There are days of live entertainment when all residents enjoy. The daily menus are second to none. His room is spacious & always kept clean & tidy. There are many large & pleasant social lounges & as well as small cafe areas where we his sisters can enjoy a coffee with him. There is also very pleasant garden/outdoor areas where we can also enjoy tea/coffee with him. Staff are very caring & efficient & helpful & overall we feel our brother could not be in a better place

Awesome, from carers, nurses, admin, caterers and managers. The service and care was excellent. Hope to use again for further respite. Oh and also the entertainers and activities coordinators deserve full praise also.

Astbury Manor Care Home has been truly amazing for a close family member. The carers are wonderful, so kind, patient and genuinely caring. The residents are treated like family. The time they take to engage everyone, all smiles, it's honestly such a comfort to know our loved one is in a safe, happy, stimulating environment. We couldn't be more grateful, thank you.

My dad came to Astbury Manor Care Home in December 2024. We are very pleased with the care and support he receives. Dad loves the food which from what we have seen is excellent. The staff, in general, are excellent, most of them take time and patience to spend time with the residents and chat to them individually which we appreciate. Dad enjoys the entertainment and joins in most of the activities. Overall we are very happy with Astbury Manor.

When I visit my nan she is always busy somewhere else in the building, doing activities, which she loves and doesn't like me taking her away, so on some occasions I've joined in. The staff are very friendly and encourage her to do lots of things she wouldn't usually do.

I visit my mum once a week and am amazed at the amount of activities she has done each week, from flower arranging to making hats or advents to dressing up for world book day. She really enjoys all the activities and likes telling me about them. The staff are wonderful at encouraging her but she doesn't need much encouragement! The staff come up with wonderful ideas to keep all the residents active. Brilliant.

My mother moved into Astbury Manor Care Home in August last year, after a time in hospital, she has onset dementia and this is absolutely the best place she could have been placed. She felt at home straight away, she looks forward to all the different activities daily, and really enjoys the food, I am so pleased she is safe and well cared for.

My mother has been a resident for six months and has settled in well. This is due to the diligence and care of the staff. It is a safe, clean and comfortable environment, with staff who provide personalised care and support. My mother's complex needs are understood due to their effectiveness of care. There is a wide range of activities to cater for all the individual needs of the residents and a good quality of food choices. My family and I are very happy with the care that my mother is receiving.

Nan has used this service for around 6 months and has settled in wonderfully. We know that she is always safe and supported well by the staff. The level of care is fantastic, and Nan has expressed how much she enjoys being here and chatting with staff and other residents. You can really see the care and attention they put into each resident. The home is very communicative, and the staff liaise with us continually surrounding Nan's care and progress. I feel very content knowing Nan is here and receiving such a high level of care.

Activities not used, except 2 quizzes and a couple of films. Short walks in the garden are appreciated.
