My aunt has come on in leaps and bounds since the end of December/January. She loves it. She grumbles about things sometimes but shes loving having people to talk to. My aunt is knitting again, playing games and doing quizes. She loves her room and her carers and deputy manager. She's had trips out
to the shops and hairdressers. I personally feel really welcome when I visit and I'm invited to join in, have tea etc. I'm so relieved she's safe and cosy.

An outstanding care home that my dad fondly refers to as his residential village. Residents and staff are really friendly, caring and always at hand. Facilities are excellent with amazing scenic views throughout and a range of activities all the residents can enjoy.

I have three sisters and we all visit mum on a regular basis. We find all staff lovely, kind and very attentive to mum.
Her room is always clean and tidy. Her care is second to none and her food she loves. She did mention that she loves the new activities. Thank you.

My grandmother has advanced stage dementia and is doubly incontinent. She receives excellent care and is bathed every morning. She always looks clean and well fed and has actually put on weight since being in the home.
My grandmother is unable to recognise myself or her other grandchildren and cannot
pretend to be happy in her environment if this was not the case.
She is content living at the home and genuinely fond of the staff.
I am extremely happy with the care she receives.

I cannot stress enough how brilliant the staff have been with my mother. The staff are so friendly and passionate about their roles it makes the atmosphere in the home very welcoming. The relief I have felt with having a loved one under their care is immense. I speak for not only my family but also
for other residents when I state my satisfaction with the home. I feel the home is finally getting the recognition it deserves.

I have been at Glenabbey many times this month in preparation for a placement for my husband.
The care home is absolutely beautiful. We were greeted by the deputy manager who explained everything to us before serving us with fresh tray bakes and coffee. There was an occupational therapist department
and residents were involved in a group activity when we were there. I’ve never seen such happy staff. No odours, the home was spotless and the rooms all have flat screen TV and beautiful furniture.

This is a very friendly environment. Staff are very caring. Very clean rooms. Very homely. I always feel my mum is happy and very content. Going by Mum it's a nice place she has been in. In fact, she thought she was staying in a posh hotel. Well done to all the workers.

Glenabbey Manor is a warm, welcoming home. You are always made welcome by staff when visiting. My aunt has enjoyed her stay here and is well cared for by all staff. All residents seem to be friendly.

Before mum went into the home I went and had a good look around. I loved it as soon as I saw it. When we brought mum she felt the same about the home and we were delighted.
