When I started at Blenheim Court 3 years ago, I began my career with the company as a general assistant, supporting various departments across the home. I've been given the opportunity to progress and develop my management skills, being promoted to Head Housekeeper and then more recently Hospitality Manager. The residents are wonderful and the Blenheim team has become more like family.
