Overall Experience

The staff at Blenheim Court the nurses, the carers, the hostess etc are to be commended as they all set a very high standard. Nothing is too much, always very attentive and immediately on hand when wanted. I am most impressed with everyone and I can already see a great improvement in my husband who has settled in well. The chefs and selection of food is excellent.

I had a week's booked postoperative respite care and my experiences was excellent in all respects especially the friendliness and constant support of the staff.

One suggestion that residents capable of "giving consent" to enter to their rooms should be given the opportunity. A "do not disturb" notice would be helpful in some situations.

Thank you for your review we are delighted that your stay was a positive one, we will take on board your suggestions and look at purchasing some do not disturb hangers for the doors of our residents that would like them. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and vital in helping us make improvements.

My mother and father in law spent 3 weeks at the home on respite whilst we went away on holiday. The home looked after them exceptionally well, taking care of every need with first class attention to detail. All the family joined in the dining experience and the food was amazing. It is an amazing environment with stunning views and everything you need. The management and staff took care of everything and kept us posted oversees of how the in-laws were doing. I would highly recommend you pay this home a visit - it is first class.

All the staff are great whenever we visit our friend who is a resident at Blenheim Court we receive a warm, friendly welcome. We were given a tour of the outstanding facilities on an early visit and have appreciated the hospitality on every occasion. We have received invitations to special events arranged for residents. These have been well planned and executed to the highest standard, we understand the food is always delicious, this has certainly been our experience. The beautiful surroundings give delightful outlooks to the spacious comfortable rooms. The decor is elegant and peaceful, the ambience, light and airy. We are well impressed.

My mother lives in one of the independent living flats on the same estate as the care facility and uses the facility for meals and other amenities. From what I have seen myself and from what I have heard from her, the kindness and professionalism of all the staff are exemplary – they are more than willing to go the extra mile, and take their duty of care very seriously. There is an evident commitment to an ongoing improvement and tailoring of their services too. The building is attractively designed, brand-new and well-maintained, and has an attractive hillside setting on the edge of Liss, with great transport links. The flats have been well-designed too, with careful consideration has been given to striking the right balance between privacy and offering opportunities for socialising and using the communal facilities.

This beautiful care home far exceeds any other I have visited. The staff are friendly and welcoming and no stone has been left unturned regarding the layout taking into account the needs of every resident. The high standard of interior decoration and furnishings puts Blenheim Court in a class of its own creating a luxurious space for residents and visitors to enjoy. There is a bistro to be enjoyed by everyone which is superb where all dietary requirements will be catered for.

Wonderful new care home in a beautiful environment. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home for themselves or a loved one. Although it turned out to be a very short stay for my mother, she was shown great respect and great care from all members of staff. They made her last few days as enjoyable as possible and supported all of our family during our moment of grief. In every respect, the home exceeded all of our expectations.

My mum has only been here a short while but the management and staff have been amazing. It was a very big step for Mum to move from another care home but the welcome and support Mum received was fantastic. She was calling it 'home' straight away.

In the short time Blenheim Court has been open, they have made an impact on the community through their hospitality - of which myself and a number of church members have been recipients. Film suppers, coffee and cake, street parties and pop-up restaurants have been welcomed and have enabled a number of Liss residents to experience the special building (some of the best views in Liss) and the hospitality of staff.

We look forward to building a good relationship and, in time, get to know staff and residents.

Overall Experience

My needs are great and I was extremely poorly when I arrived - emaciated. The chef patiently tempted me to eat with tasty treats and I feel I have turned a corner to recovery. The doctor has been checking on me and the manager has seen that my medication has been carefully, and correctly administered. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and each member has been trained in many roles and is able to deal with whatever is necessary or will find someone else quickly. I have had good, careful care from turning me in the night to care in transferring and dressing me by day.

From the moment we stepped over the welcome mat we were greeted with cheerfulness and concern. The rooms and restaurant were spotless with white napkins, tablecloths and sparkling glassware. The bistro made fantastic cappuccino and here I played scrabble, met the 'pat dog' and had chats with everybody.

We had 2 beds in the room for medical reasons. The second room we used as a lounge and meant we had personal space when needed. The burden of looking after my husband was lifted from me and I had a good rest.

When I started at Blenheim Court 3 years ago, I began my career with the company as a general assistant, supporting various departments across the home.
