This is an excellent care home in every respect. My friend feels he has joined a family. Staff are warm and welcoming and clearly feel valued as employees. Management are responsive to requests and needs of individual residents. The home has a calm and orderly atmosphere without being clinical, it is
very homely. Cleanliness is to the highest standard.

My father has now been at Glenholme for 2 months, moving from another care home setting. He has settled into Glenhome very quickly due to the amazing staff who have cared for him exceptionally well - nothing is ever too much trouble. My da can be a little withdrawn, but since being here, he has been
encouraged to socialise and join in activities which he has thoroughly enjoyed. He is very happy and as a family we are thrilled to see him so.

My husband spent 5 weeks in temporary respite care whilst I went to visit my daughter in New Zealand. My husband really enjoyed his stay & didn't want to come home!
He was kept busy with lots of entertainment & enjoyed helping out whenever he could.
He loved all the staff & really enjoyed all the
meals etc. I would highly recommend the care provided here to anyone needing temporary or fulltime care!!

This is an excellent care home. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing due to the wonderful staff, who are dedicated to their work and those in their care. My friend is extremely happy here, very settled, and cannot praise it enough. Nothing is too much trouble, which gives it a sense of a 'family' feeling.
A true home from home. Many organised activities to add to the mix, along with the choice of cooked meals, well presented.

My husband has been in Holdingham Grange for 3 weeks following a stay in hospital. The aim of his stay was to build up his strength, and this has been accomplished.
He was treated with friendly respect at all times.
The food was excellent & he appreciated that our dog was allowed to visit!

On entering reception as a visitor, one immediately feels calm & relaxed. The staff are extremely helpful and cheerful. My aunt is very well looked after, and she herself is happy and content. I know she is receiving the best care possible and is in safe hands.

My grandmother has been living at Holdingham Grange since January 2025 and has absolutely transformed during this time. It's like metamorphosis has taken place and she has transformed from a person whom I thought was ready for hospice care to a happy, healthy and content lady. Nanny is not just existing
but absolutely thriving. The care and love she receives from the carers and staff is just lovely to see. Most importantly, I feel she is being looked after as we would at home. The activities are just amazing and of such variety too. Thank you,

My mother has always had many friends; however, as they have all got older, many have passed away. She is so happy to have found new friends - she has changed in the few months she has been at Holdingham Grange. She talks to her new friends - both residents and carers. She loves how she is treated -
with respect and kindness. I think all residents are treated as individuals with their own needs and likes. For a few weeks before moving to HG, she stopped eating and drinking - she now enjoys her meals and many cups of tea, I believe she has put on over half a stone. Enjoying life!!

Since my mother has been a resident of Holdingham Grange since early February '25, I feel she has been extremely well cared for. She is a very sociable person, however does need a little nudge to get involved, the staff always make sure she is involved in the activities. The management team keep me
informed with all details. I couldn't ask for better care for my mother.

My mother-in-law has been in Holdingham Grange for just over 2 months. The staff are brilliant and made sure she has settled well. They took time to get to know her and what she likes. They spent time with her so she could get to know them also. She gets involved in the wide variety of activities they
put on every day. She's made several good friends amongst the residents and the staff are always friendly, cheerful and willing to give their time.

My mother has been a resident for almost 3 years. It's very hard to see a loved one declining, and as I live a long way away, I was worried about leaving her in a care home and not seeing her frequently, but I need not have worried as her care has been first class. The home is clean and well maintained,
but it is the staff that make this house what it is. Everyone is so kind and caring, there's lots to do and Mum is happy here. I recommend it 100%.

Excellent caring staff from manager through to housekeepers. The home always looks clean and smells clean.
Mum always looks cared for and the interaction between staff and residents is lovely to watch and listen to as it shows the staff care holistically for residents not just their personal needs.

Since my mum arrived at Holdingham Grange Care & Nursing Home just over six months ago, she has received the utmost amazing care. The medical and caring staff, along with the management provide a wonderful environment for my mum. Peaceful, yet lots of activities to choose from, alongside a most welcoming
and cosy bedroom. I cannot fault the care home. It is just wonderful giving both my mum and I peace of mind 24/7.

Mum is very happy since she has been in Holdingham Grange Care & Nursing Home. She has had a very good support and enjoys all activities, especially chair exercises. Food is excellent. I am kept well and up to date with mum's health and how she is doing in her activities.
Family are always invited
to join in on all that is going on. Management and all staff are very good.
