Hi Lesley, thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate hearing about your concerns regarding fluid intake and sleep patterns. We understand how vital proper hydration and restful sleep are for our resident's health and comfort and we are truly sorry if we have fell short in these areas. To help ensure that our residents have had adequate fluid intake we have regular fluid rounds and encourage residents to drink frequently throughout the day and night. Our care team also monitor sleep patterns and work to create a comfortable environment conducive to rest. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. I am delighted to be the newly appointed home manager at Bothwell Castle to lead the team, I bring an immense amount of passion to ensuring that the very best care and support are offered to our residents enabling them to have a voice, choice, and control of how they chose to live and enjoy their time at Bothwell Castle.
I am the Office Manager at Bothwell Castle Care Home.
I was originally over at Canniesburn Care Home before it closed for refurbishment. I was asked to come over to Bothwell for a couple of weeks to help with Admin cover and I have been here ever since.
I love my role her at Bothwell Castle, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, their is a great atmosphere around the place.
I also enjoy interacting with the residents and getting to know them a bit better and meeting their family members.
Fun Fact about me- I did a sky dive for charity about 5 years ago which was totally amazing.
I am the Administrator within the home.
It is a lovely place to work.
The staff work well with each other and the Management are amazing.
I feel I have a great Rapport both with residents and their families.
Fun fact about me- I did a balloon ride, travelled through the desert on a camel and also drove a buggy through sand dunes.
