We could not be happier with the care, support and attention our mum has received here. Staff go above and beyond to ensure she is happy, pain-free, comfortable and entertained (when she wants to be) at all times.

She began her career as a staff nurse and has progressively advanced to leadership roles, spending the past decade successfully managing care homes. Sharon is passionate about delivering high-quality care, enhancing the lives of residents and building strong relationships with residents, their families and loved ones.


Outside of work, Sharon enjoys quality time with her family and long walks with her dog, Alfie.

I was originally over at Canniesburn Care Home before it closed for refurbishment. I was asked to come over to Bothwell for a couple of weeks to help with Admin cover and I have been here ever since.


I love my role her at Bothwell Castle, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, their is a great atmosphere around the place.
I also enjoy interacting with the residents and getting to know them a bit better and meeting their family members.


Fun Fact about me- I did a sky dive for charity about 5 years ago which was totally amazing.
