Graysford Hall

My father has attended Graysford Hall on a regular basis since June 2022. The overall standard of the facilities at this care home are very high. Along with the standard of care offered. The staff are very pleasant and helpful too.

The management team and staff are all brilliant. I can see genuine care for my mum at all levels. The carers are all so lovely to my mum and this reassures me that she is in safe hands. All the staff are approachable, and they are all very aware of how mum is on an hourly basis, which means I can speak to any of them for an update on how mum is. I do not know how they do their jobs, but I and my sister are truly thankful for such lovely, caring and passionate people, from the manager to the receptionists!

Mum has been at Graysford Hall for almost a year now. She has dementia which has deteriorated over that time but the staff always try to engage with her and carry out a demanding job with a smile, a kind manner and a sense of humour. After a fall, Mum was able to return to Graysford Hall despite being less mobile than before. I am always made to feel welcome when visiting and everybody has time for a quick chat. Family meals in the private dining room have been very good. I also went to some of the family activity days over the summer which were smashing. Graysford Hall has a lovely ambience, is well-furnished and decorated and spotlessly clean. On a dry day, we often walk in the garden and then sit with a coffee and biscuit.

The manager, customer relations manager and team provided a seamless and stress-free arrival for our mother (dementia resident) who has settled really well over the first few days of being admitted to Graysford. Can't thank the team enough for their support.

I came into the home and witnessed such a lovely and caring environment. Excellent interactions from the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for compassionate care with kindness.

We were fortunate to experience good weather during the greater part of our stay here. This enabled us to benefit greatly from the open air, the landscaping and the accommodation provided.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, although could have a few more staff working on Sundays. Facilities are spacious, airy and well maintained. Lovely garden to sit out in - South facing, very relaxing. Room accommodation is lovely and spacious.

Very thorough care was provided at such short notice. Graysford Hall has been extremely accommodating to every one of our needs. Extremely friendly staff who know our family member by name. Every time we visit, our family member is out of his room and socialising. Very impressed.

The staff are extremely kind and helpful, going the extra mile if asked. The laundry and cleaning staff are excellent and always extremely courteous. Everyone gives their best and one feels cared for and safe.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Graysford Hall. It is a very special building, lovely and spacious and with lovely decor. The food was really nice and the staff are very, very good. All polite and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent welcome lunch was provided for me and three members of my family. Subsequent allocation of extremely well-appointed floor room assisted by welcoming member of staff. To date, my experience has been beyond my early expectation. I have every confidence that this will continue.

My father came for respite care. He received wonderful care. The staff are caring, thoughtful and reassuring. Rooms are beautifully appointed and the food is first-rate. The management listens to any concerns and act upon them. Nothing was too much trouble.

From my initial enquiry to admitting my mum into the home, I have been met with outstanding efficiency. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The residents are happy and obviously well cared for. I leave here knowing that my precious mother is in safe hands and happy. Thank you.

Wonderful home with high standards and an extremely caring, professional and committed staff team. Following an unexpected fall at home and admission to hospital, I knew Mum needed somewhere to rest and recuperate before returning home to us. From the moment I called Graysford Hall I was reassured and impressed with the level of service I received. From the hospital assessment, the home met the high standards of comfort and support each resident receives from the amazing staff team, we could not be happier with the level of care Mum receives. Although having been there for only two weeks, Mum loves the home and has already made some good friends. She says the atmosphere is lovely as are all the residents and has nothing but praise for each and every member of the staff team. The food is great and the building facilities are first class. So happy we found Graysford and would not hesitate to recommend.

Mum has absolutely flourished at Graysford Hall. We trialled for an initial 2 weeks respite and Mum was so happy the move has become permanent. First-class facilities, a great range of activities, excellent catering but most of all a wonderful team of caring staff.

Very welcoming as soon as I went in with my wife I was greeted by the care manager and introduced to some of the residents. My room was first-class, spacious and it was more like a luxury hotel but being looked after by a good caring team. The food was excellent and the activities were well arranged to suit all tastes and abilities. I would recommend this home to anyone who needs respite or permanent care.
