The care is excellent - the carers do everything you require. Everything is friendly and support is given across all areas of need. The meals are excellent with lots of choices, and if you have any concerns or would like attention, it's always dealt with very well.

A welcoming, family, friendly home with all needs, as far as possible are catered for. Cleanliness is very high on a lot of priorities, and with the night staff also on duty, we receive super care.

My experience of the care home is very positive. Staff are polite, helpful and caring. They work hard and I am happy with the care my mother receives. There are lots of different activities which staff try very hard to tailor to her needs. The atmosphere, facilities and cleanliness of the care home all appear to be excellent. It is a great consolation for our family to have our mum so well cared for in her illness and struggles.

My sister was welcomed into Tranby Park when it was just opened and has felt at home there since that moment. She suffers from MS and is no longer able to live at home, and she has improved with the care she receives there. Even though there is no cure for MS and it is progressive, she is much happier. With the continuing pandemic, the people there have been marvellous in taking exceptional care of the residents, making sure they feel safe, and particularly that they are not alone.

My mum is a resident here and I honestly believe it’s the best place she could be. All the staff are amazing and the home couldn’t be a nicer place for my mum to be. She is always getting involved with the activities and loves her meal times as the food is lovely. When I go to see her, I never think of it as being a care home, more her home as she is so at home and settled in it. I would recommend Tranby Park to anyone and everyone.

Nothing seems to be too much trouble to ensure the resident is comfortable and happy in their surroundings.

We cannot recommend Tranby Park Care Home highly enough. Not only is it luxurious and more like a hotel than a care home but it has the most fantastic, efficient, caring, compassionate staff you could ever wish to meet. My mum transferred to Tranby from another care home and it is the best decision we ever made. We could not have wished for a more person-centered approach to care. Every need and wish is catered for, there is a bespoke care plan to make residents feel at home and keep them safe. Likes and dislikes, what time they like to get up and what makes them happy and sad are all considered. Every decision is taken with full input from the resident and their families. Nothing is too much trouble and Mum absolutely loved every minute she was at Tranby. Mum, due to lots of health issues, eventually needed end of life care and she was so well-loved, looked after and cared for during her residency and her final days. Tranby Park sets the standard that all other care homes should aspire too. Thank you!

The care my mum has received at Tranby Park has been great. The staff are excellent and have become like a second family for mum. This has been really important during lockdown. I feel that she is safe and being well supported despite difficult circumstances, and I am very grateful to all of the staff.

From the receptionist to the catering staff, housekeepers and all the lovely carers, we are as a family, treated in a professional yet caring, friendly and supportive manner and I cannot praise the Yorkare family highly enough.

Tranby Park Care Home is a luxurious home in which residents are cared for by a thoroughly professional staff. It is extremely comfortable, and a warm, welcoming environment. Staff are thoughtful, friendly and enthusiastic in supporting residents and also keeping families informed. Residents rooms are well equipped and spacious. Residents needs are catered for very well; food is varied and served as is best for residents; leisure activities are provided, there is access to TV, books and so on. Care staff show a willingness to engage with residents to encourage an atmosphere of confidence and support. This has been particularly of note in recent weeks given the challenging times we all find ourselves living in.

Tranby Park is a welcoming, well presented, scrupulously clean, friendly home to my wife. Meals are prepared from ingredients not thawed or reheated. I have nothing but praise for the staff who are university cheerful, helpful, caring and effective. They have gelled into an outstanding team, supporting residents and themselves, particularly under the current circumstances. Their dedication in keeping my wife safe and content; is humbling. All I can say is thank you.

My grandson stayed at Tranby Park for a long period of respite care. All of the staff were lovely and very patient and the facilities are fantastic. We would enjoy a drink in the bar when we visited and Grandma spoke very highly of the food. I would definitely recommend Tranby Park.

As a family, we highly recommend this facility for the care they provided for both my mum and dad. My mum passed away in November 2019 having only being in the home for ten weeks. The care/support she received during those weeks were exemplary, with family support received from staff and management amazing during a difficult time. Dad continues to live there receiving the same wonderful level of care from very kind friendly and loving staff. The facilities are first class and beautifully furnished. Meals are excellent, all homemade with additional treats added during the day. As a family, it is good to know dad is in a very secure and loving environment for which we can't thank you enough for making a difficult time that much easier.

I went to see my Uncle in this home 9.2.20. I couldn't believe how amazing this place was as you walked in it felt friendly, homely and welcoming. The decor is beautiful and furnished to a very high standard. There's a bar, a cinema room, hairdressers and the dining areas are very high standard its as if you were going into a high-class restaurant. My Uncle didn't want to go in at first, he's a very independent man but within a couple of days he was loving it. If anyone is thinking about going into or is looking for a relative, go there first, you'll definitely look no further. It's amazing just wish there were more like this amazing home.
