“our mum" was so poorly when she arrived at Marine Lodge the belief was “she didn’t Care long” with the correct care, love, attention and the understanding of 'our mums” special “care” needs, although mum is still "thriving” because the staff care and seem to be devoted to their roles + responsibilities.
We are so proud to offer exceptional care to all our lovely residents and staff are so pleased when we receive such lovely feedback
Pleasant atmosphere
clean & tidy rooms
Well cared for residents
Many thanks for the wonderful review we are proud to offer exceptional care.
My wife has been resident since May'23. We as family were very apprehensive but we are pleased she settled quickly, and is always warm and comfortable and well cared for. The staff know her well and are more than kind and caring. They are also most courteous to all our family members. Just a little disappointed when necessary repairs for water supply in lounge, and lift which had broken took so long to correct. Lift still out of order.
Many thanks for the wonderful review we pride ourselves in providing exceptional care in a homely environment.
All staff are caring, friendly, helpful and kind.
Many thanks for the wonderful review staff are always proud to hear that they do a great job.
Excellent staff, standard of care is outstanding.
We are so thankful for your lovely review and proud to deliver excellent care to all.
My mum has been in Marine View Lodge for 2 years she has continuously been looked after so well. The staff are amazing with her, even at the times when she can display challenging behaviour. I would not want Mum to be placed anywhere else.
Everyone at Marine View Lodge has been very pleasant and helpful each time I visit my neighbour.
My friend is very well cared for and loved by all the staff. She looks good i.e. hygiene and care. Plenty going on (which she doesn't like joining in). Food is excellent and I know she is happy.
The staff are amazing, they put the residents first. They go above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough.
Thank you for taking the time to provide a lovely review. Our staff will be pleased the high level of care they provide is recognised; they do go above and beyond for our residents.
