Earlsfield Court is new and exceptional in every way. My dad moved in last week and he is very happy and looks well cared for. That means everything to me to know he is in good hands. The genuine care of the staff is exceptional at all levels. They are kind and go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble. His room is tasteful and stylish, and he has a patio door looking onto the garden. There are activities and outings. The food is exceptional and all his needs are swiftly met. Staffing levels are superb. The staff communicate well with me and have made my family very welcome in his new 'home'. I truly highly recommend Earlsfield Court as a care home with a difference - it is five star.
I am so relieved and happy to know that dad is in such good hands. I am truly appreciative of all aspects, large and small of Earlsfield Court. I have interacted with many staff members over four days of helping my dad move in and get settled. Absolutely everyone has been genuinely caring and thoughtful and helpful and respectful to my dad and me. In many small ways, which can make a big difference in the feel of a place, I find Earlsfield to be a friendly compassionate and professional care home. There is a good staff ratio to residents and service is not rushed. The home is tastefully furnished and appointed. My dad is pleased with the comfort and appearance of his room and is already feeling at home. The meals are exceptional too. The quality of ingredients, a variety of menus and the beautiful presentation of the meals is amazing in every way. I recommend highly without reservation.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review and for your kind words. We very much appreciate the trust you have put in us to care for your dad and it's truly an honour to be doing so.

Meet the Team (7)

As General Manager at Earlsfield, my priority is to ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of care in a safe, welcoming, and truly homely environment. I oversee all aspects of the home—from care delivery and staffing to operational and financial management—with one clear focus: ensuring residents live happy, fulfilled lives with dignity and respect.
I am passionate about building a supportive, compassionate team that genuinely cares for every individual who lives here. I believe that families should feel confident and reassured when they choose Earlsfield, knowing that their loved ones are not only well looked after, but truly valued.
My Experience:With over four decades of experience in Health and Social Care, I bring both clinical expertise and leadership to my role. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1981 and have dedicated my career to the care of older people—working as a ward sister in the NHS, a university lecturer specialising in gerontology, and later as Deputy Chief Nurse in an Acute NHS Trust. I also held the position of Professional Head of Nursing in a Mental Health Trust.
Since moving into the independent care sector, I have spent the past 14 years as a CQC Registered Manager, continuing my lifelong commitment to delivering exceptional care for older people.
A Little About Me:Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 45 years and have grown-up children who keep me proud. My hobbies are varied—from baking, pickling, and reading to writing poetry, gaming on my Xbox, and immersing myself in sci-fi and fantasy worlds (Star Wars included!).
There’s never enough time in the day—but I always make time for what matters most: the people I care for, and the families who trust us.

As Deputy Manager at Earlsfield Court Care Home, my role is to support the smooth daily running of the home and ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care, dignity, and respect. I work closely with our compassionate care team to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where residents feel truly valued and at home. Whether I’m reviewing care plans, supporting families through transitions, or mentoring staff, my focus is always on delivering person-centred care. I love interacting with both residents and their families, and I’m passionate about improving the quality of life for those we look after, treating every individual as I would my own loved ones.
My Experience:I have always worked in care and bring a practical and supernumerary background to my role. In 2007, I achieved my MSc in Physiotherapy, which complements my hands-on experience in a residential setting. I also hold a Level 3 qualification in Dementia Care Practice, along with a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. This combination of education and real-world experience allows me to lead with both knowledge and empathy, ensuring the highest standards of care for your loved one.
I love innovation and technology in care.
About Me:Outside of work, I enjoy cycling and mountaineering, with a dream of one day visiting the beautiful region of Kathmandu. I’m married, and a proud father of two, and I bring the same values I hold dear at home into my professional life. At Earlsfield Court, we understand that choosing a care home is a big decision. Please be reassured that we are here to offer not only expert care but also genuine compassion, kindness, and support every step of the way.

As Home Admissions Advisor at Earlsfield Court, I’m here to support you and your loved one every step of the way when considering a move into care. I understand how emotional and overwhelming this decision can feel, and I aim to make the process as smooth, informative, and reassuring as possible.
From your first enquiry through to move-in day and beyond, I’m here to provide clear information, compassionate guidance, and a listening ear—ensuring you always feel supported and confident in the choices you're making.
I genuinely believe that what makes Earlsfield Court so special is the people who live there. The care team here is exceptional, and it’s a privilege to see, every day, the positive difference they make in the lives of our residents. This truly is a place where individuals are cared for with dignity, kindness, and respect—and where families can feel peace of mind.
My Experience:I’ve worked in the care sector for several years, most recently in Eastbourne with another care provider. Before that, I spent over 15 years in hospitality and independent living—always in roles where providing excellent service and supporting people has been at the heart of what I do.
This background has given me a strong foundation in understanding what families need and value during life’s important transitions.
A Little About Me:Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I believe in the importance of strong relationships—both in and out of the workplace—and feel incredibly proud to be part of a care home that feels like a true community.

My role is to warmly welcome new residents and their families to Earlsfield Court, supporting them through what can often be a significant and emotional decision. I’m here to offer guidance and reassurance, making the transition into care as smooth and stress-free as possible.
What makes Earlsfield Court special is more than just the building itself—it’s the people. Our home has a genuine family feel, with a team of compassionate staff, freshly prepared meals, and a vibrant lifestyle programme, including regular minibus outings and daily activities. There's always something going on here, and it’s a joy to see our residents smiling, thriving, and making new memories every day.
My Experience:With over 27 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including 18 years in the care sector, I bring both professional knowledge and heartfelt passion to my role. I’ve supported several luxury care homes throughout my career, helping families find the right environment for their loved ones.
I also previously ran my own home help and care consultancy service, which gave me first-hand insight into the daily needs and preferences of older adults. That experience has deeply shaped how I approach my work today—with empathy, attentiveness, and a real understanding of what matters most to families.
A Little About Me:Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active by going to the gym, spending quality time with friends and family, and walking along the seafront with my dog, Bobby. I love good food, live music, and making the most of life’s little pleasures—something I’m always happy to share in conversations with residents and families alike.

I joined Earlsfield Court in April 2020 as a recruitment administrator and went on to become the home administrator. I took a year out to spend more time with my son, and I am lucky enough to have been able to return to Earlsfield Court. My role is very varied; no two days are the same, and I really enjoy the variety of the role. My favourite part is building relationships with our residents and their relatives; I love hearing about people’s history.
My Experience:Before joining Cinnamon Care Collection, I spent 10 years working for a builder’s merchant, 8 of those in Accounts and 2 years as an HR officer. I studied HR at college and gained my level 3 CIPD qualification. I also studied and passed my bookkeeping level 2 and AAT computerised accounting.
About Me:When I’m not at work, my time is devoted to my husband and our 3-year-old son. We often go out exploring.

As the Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator at Earlsfield Court, my role is all about enriching the lives of our residents. I plan and deliver a wide variety of meaningful activities every day—designed not only to encourage movement and mental stimulation but also to spark joy, promote social connection, and nurture emotional well-being. Whether it’s a group event or a quiet one-on-one moment, every activity is tailored to help our residents feel valued, engaged, and at home.
My Experience:I bring years of experience in hospitality, where I developed a deep understanding of people and a passion for creating memorable experiences. More recently, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Activities Coordinator here at Earlsfield Court, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to help our residents live each day with purpose, laughter, and companionship.
A Bit About Me:I’m a proud mum of three and a grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren. Family means everything to me, and I carry that same care and warmth into my work every single day. It’s an honour to be part of a team that treats every resident like family.

As Head Chef at Earlsfield Court Care Home, I’m responsible for creating nutritious, delicious meals that not only meet the dietary needs of our residents but also bring them comfort, enjoyment, and a sense of home. I work closely with our care team to ensure that every dish is tailored to individual preferences, allergies, and medical requirements. Mealtimes are a key part of daily life here, and I take pride in making them something our residents can look forward to—full of flavour, familiarity, and joy. For me, food is more than just nourishment—it’s a vital part of caring for your loved one’s wellbeing.
