I am very grateful to find an excellent care home on the east side of Boston, with double rooms so that my parents are happy being looked after and cared for together.

Such a pleasant building to walk into. Very friendly faces, everyone pleasant and polite. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always there to help in any way As for the manager, second to none - a lovely, lovely person. The same as the staff, goes out of her way to help in any way she can.

I have just returned home after 13 days of respite care at The Haven and would recommend it to anybody. I really enjoyed my stay. All staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. The room I stayed in was spacious with an en suite wet room. Thank you all and keep up the good work. And thank you again.

I cannot praise this home any higher. The care that the staff give is amazing. Everyone is very caring. The property is like a 4* hotel. Mum is really happy here. Looking forward to summer and going on outings with the residents and staff.

My wife stayed for three and a half weeks this October 2021, in respite care. She was very well looked after - all staff and management were very helpful, professional and caring. We would definitely recommend your care home. Thank you very much.

My father always said he would not want to go to a care home. We no longer could manage to care for him at home. He was admitted to the care home straight from hospital. Since being in the home, he tells me every day when I visit for a chat at the window how he loves it. Staff are so kind and look after him very well; he has a laugh and a joke with them. It puts my mind at rest knowing he is well looked after. As I am not able to enter the home due to covid, I have not filled all of it in for a true picture. I only know my father could not be happier and said it was like a palace. That makes me happy.
