Review from J P (Daughter of Resident) published on 26 February 2020 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience
My mum came in for respite after not being too well. The staff are excellent, always willing to help and do lots of different activities, crafts and pamper sessions for the residents.

The home is very clean and well kept with a very homely feel. You are always made to feel welcome.

Hi, I’m Phoebe! I absolutely love having a good chat and getting to know the families and individuals that ring us. My goal is to make the process of finding the right home as easy and reassuring as possible.

This is something close to my heart — I’ve had two of my own family members stay within our group, so I truly understand how important it is to feel confident and comfortable in your choice.

If you call us during the week, chances are you’ll get me on the other end of the phone. I’m always happy to answer any questions you have — and if I don’t know the answer right away, I’ll make it my mission to find out for you. I’ll be here for you every step of the way, making sure you feel supported, listened to, and at ease.
