Mornington Court is wonderful, staff are all great. Food very good and rooms are lovely. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Came in a little nervous but was put at ease straight away. The care and food are excellent. I can't praise Mornington Court highly enough.

I have been at Mornington Court for 13 weeks now. When I first came I felt very lonely but now 13 weeks later I simply love living at Mornington Court. The staff are very caring and have shown great thoughtful care, attending to my every need. At Mornington Court, I look forward every day to seeing everyone each morning and enjoying word games, coach trips, lovely food, an amazing garden and the great warmth given to you.

Mornington Court is a wonderful place. The surroundings are beautiful and kept spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and do their utmost to help both my father and me. Dad comes here regularly for respite care and is always treated impeccably. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely home.

What a delightful place this is, warm welcomes and lovely staff, for whom nothing is any trouble to do. The care that this care home has given to my mum has been exceptional and made her feel accepted and special. Thank you so much, it's made a difference to not only my mum but all the family knowing she is safe and happy.

I would recommend Mornington Court to anyone looking for a care home. The staff were very friendly and competent in all they did. The menus were imaginative, and the entertainment was varied, so you were able to find something to join in with.

I am so grateful for the skill and selfless dedication of the team, in the palliative and end-of-life care of my dad. Every single aspect exceeded all my wishes for his final weeks. I honestly believe that the impeccable standard of care throughout his stay enhanced his well-being and ultimately extended his time with us. Social and medical needs were met with empathy, compassion and efficiency, from each and every member of the team. Dad was always treated with respect and dignity and was part of the family. In the final days, I was generously provided with a serviced room, so that I could be with him and share precious time. I was immediately made to feel so welcome and experienced first-hand the unfailing dedication and professionalism. The home itself is luxurious, yet the atmosphere is friendly and informal. It is beautifully presented and is maintained to such a high standard. Mornington Court is an outstanding care provider. Thank you just doesn't seem enough.

I cannot thank all the staff at Mornington Court enough. My father-in-law came to live with us earlier this year and with some holidays booked we were keen to find him somewhere to go for respite care whilst we were away. From the beginning, the amazing staff could not have been more supportive and made the whole process so easy. I would particularly like to thank them for their amazing communication skills and their thoughtfulness. The lead up to his stay was thorough and reassuring and the 2 1/2 weeks he spent at Mornington Court were a real holiday for him too. It is the most beautiful serene place, more like a luxury hotel than a care home with grounds that are perfect to sit in and enjoy the lovely weather. There is a varied activity programme, the food is superb and the dedicated care and kindness from all the staff is second to none. My father-in-law says he was treated like a king and is already looking forward to his next visit later in the year. Thank you so much.

I cannot thank the team at Mornington Court enough. From the start of the process, the team were so friendly and supportive and welcoming, it is just the most beautiful care home with fantastic carers and support team who couldn’t do enough. Especially with all of the challenges in the middle of a pandemic, it was just so reassuring knowing my dad was in the best place to support and care for him for a few weeks to get him back on track and also for myself and my family too, to have that reassurance he was in a wonderful place with people who cared. I wasn't stepping into a care home when I visited, instead, it was like a five star boutique hotel. To that point, my dad listed off a few of his favourite foods at the preliminary assessment, and sure enough, they were on his plate at meal times. Just like a hotel, in fact better! Most importantly, my dad felt very comfortable and happy there and said he couldn’t fault the team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I needed respite care following an operation. My treatment far exceeded my expectations. The staff could not do enough to help, and I would unreservedly recommend this care home for anyone needing respite or permanent help.

The restaurant serves delicious fare and the cakes are beyond compare!

Superb! In all respects care, attention, food and facilities and, above all, huge amounts of kindness.

My mother moved into Mornington Court in June 2021. Her's was a lovely room on the ground floor with direct access to the lovely gardens. From the moment that Mum saw the place, she knew that this was where she wanted to be. Her room and the service she received were to the standard of a 5-star hotel. The catering was to an amazing standard and, as someone who loved her food, she was hugely impressed; not only by the menu itself but at how they were happy to cater to any particular preferences she expressed. The activities were varied and well-organised and we never had any concerns about Mum being lonely or lacking in care. The care staff were excellent, particularly when Mum sadly became very ill and passed away at the home in August. I can't praise the whole team enough.

My parents had a week of respite care at the newly built Mornington Court. We were all very impressed with the facilities, the level of care, and the attention to detail. My parents found the food of an extremely high standard. The duty of care provided by the staff was outstanding, in that they were concerned about various arrangements my mother had independently made ie arranging taxis, as my parents were somewhat confused about times etc. Indeed, after they had returned home, the Court contacted me with regard to a delivery of medications, out of concern that my parents would to have enough the following week. Very impressive.

Mornington Court is a lovely care home. The facilities, communal areas and rooms are excellent and the gardens are a lovely place to sit on a sunny day. She's been shown nothing but kindness since she arrived, and I can't fault the care the home has provided or the people who work there who I've never known to be anything but cheerful, kind and very helpful. After a difficult few months this year, it's reassuring to know my mum is being so well looked after and I'd happily recommend it to others.
