Beechcroft Care Home is a very nice care home for the elderly, care & support are good.
Thank you for your lovely comments. My team will continue to provide support that gives your family peace of mind.
My sister arrived at Beachcroft House in a distressed state and it is good to see her slowly but surely adjusting to her new surroundings. I have found the staff to be friendly and approachable and the home well ordered with a calm atmosphere. My sister find s her room a peaceful haven where she feels secure. The staff and particularly the activities coordinator have encouraged her to leave her room and engage with other residents. She particularly enjoys the music and I have been impressed with the variety on offer. This, along with other activities, are all great for lifting her spirits and building her confidence.
Thank you for your kind words. I will be sure to pass your review on to the team! Kind regards,
Sadly my Mother passed away but the greatest comfort we had was that both Adeola and Mary were with her when she left this world as she loved them both. We are eternally grateful to them and to Beachcroft for being a loving home for my Mother in the last few months of her life.

Knowing that the team made you feel welcome and at home from the very beginning means a great deal to us and your kind words about our team's...
However, the staff have maintained to be hardworking, kind, caring and at times amazingly patient. Also, the staff can only behave in this manner because there is good management in place.
I would like to express my gratitude, and I am thankful to all the carers for their support. Once again, I am appreciative of the care and commitment of the whole team.
Once again, thank you so much for the continued support of Beachcroft House Care Home. I am grateful to you and all the staff at Beachcroft Care Home.
Your kind words about our team's patience, care and dedication means so much to us....
My dad was send to the care home since 7 of October 2025 until now he still there the 28 01 2026. We notice a very big improvement in his behaviour and his day to day upkeep. staff are friendly and caring you feel at home. I have been visiting my dad without making an appointment. when I get there my dad is very clean and his bedroom is also clean and smells nice no urine odour. That reassure me . Staff are always around when you need them. last week when I visited my Dad I asked him what he want between staying in the care home or going to his place. He said he wanted to stay in the care home. That gave me a sence of inner peace because I was feeling so guilty of letting him go to the care home.
Hi Laurence, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We're really pleased to hear how well your dad has settled with us and that you've seen such a positive improvement in his wellbeing and day to day care. We know how difficult the decision to move a loved one into a care...
My husband is a bit disoriented as its all new to him but hopefully he will settle soon.
He is enjoying the art activities.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear your husband is enjoying the art activities and that our team has been friendly and helpful. We understand that settling into a new environment can take time, and we'll continue to support him every step of the way. Your kind words mean a lot to the whole team!
Putting my dad into care was easily the hardest decision I've ever made, however all of the staff here are exceptional and the manager is brilliant and very on point. My dad is very well looked after. He states everyday that he is well looked after and you can see and feel the genuine care from the staff here. Rooms and the building overall are exceptionally clean and well maintained (there is no awful smells). Food menu is varied and food looks fresh and appetising. The member of staff who does activities and crafts is an amazing woman who engages with all residents and her care and passion is second to none. Overall I am happy as my dad is happy they are all doing a great job at Beachcroft I could not be happier :-)
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback it means so much to our team. Kind regards,
I would also like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care, compassion, and patience certain staff show my mom and our family each day. A special thanks to: four members of staff, in particular, cleaning staff (including the gentleman who washes the residents chairs and sofas), the staff who open the door for me when I arrive with my walker, the kitchen staff and the best management team I have ever know in my life and career.
I keep telling the staff that they are not just caregivers- they are healers, companions, and everyday heroes.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Warmly,
Thank you for your review, I'm delighted that we can make each day peaceful and happy for your mum.
She has been here for two months now. The staff always make me feel welcome when I come to visit her.
I have started to feel as if I am one of their team with the common aim of looking after our special lady.
I always get a polite response to any question I may ask.
I would say Beachcroft House is very well run. It is a credit to the management and staff. It is mightily reassuring for me and other family members that our loved one is in such a good environment. Thank you.
We're so pleased you feel reassured by our team! Thank you for sharing.
While visiting my mum I noticed the improvement in her behaviour. The staff were nice and the care home was clean, my mums room was clean it was just a nice atmosphere for her to be in. Although she has her ups and downs I'm happy she's in a safe environment.
I visit many care homes as part of my occupation as a fire safety consultant and can compare Beachcroft with many other care homes within the UK.
Beachcroft is exceptional for the standards of love, care and attention which is delivered by all the staff.
Firstly, I am very impressed by the fire and security standards within this recently built care home.
On arrival I was made feel very welcome by the receptionist who indicated in signing in process on th pad at the entrance.
I met with my sister who was looking very well and relaxed and talkative , her room was clean and well maintained.
My sister appeared happy and content with the freedom to wander around within this beautiful and spaciously safe environment
I met with the Registered Home Manager the during my visit and previous visits and found her to be very compentent with a kind and caring attitude and ensures all service users are given lots of love.
The care home is excellent, with high standards throughout. This shows in the quality of food, the cleanliness and the overall quality of the facilities. The standards are high across the board, but the main factor is the quality of the staff- they really understand their jobs and take pride in their work. The activities are varied, and I was amazed by the quality of music and singing when I visited my aunt..
Thank you for sharing your experience of our home! Best wishes, Erika
My grandfather has been receiving excellent care at Beachcroft House Care Home. The staff are attentive, kind, and always go the extra mile to ensure he is comfortable and well looked after. The facilities are clean, welcoming, and feel like home. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands. Highly recommend!
Thank you for such amazing feedback for my wonderful team. I'm thrilled you are happy.
The manager was extremely friendly and polite and was opened to suggestions when discussing about my mother inlaw. I could see that my mother in law trusted staff members and they were honest with her. When my mother in law had to have her
naturalisation done they were happy with her having it in the care home which was very convenient due to her health. Although I did not attend the videos they sent were amazing they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Thank you to the staff they are amazing.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your lovely experience of our home and our team - it means a lot to us. Regards, Erika
My friend was happy and extremely content.
What a beautiful place .
Myself and my friends family visited our friend for his birthday he was given a beautiful cake and snacks to share with myself his daughter, son-in-law, grand children and ex wife.
He had an amazing time doing what he loves dancing with staff family and friends.
Thank you very much for your kind words. I will be sure to pass your comments on to the team. Take care, Erika.
The atmosphere was always very relaxed and it contributed to a calm and pleasant environment. My mother's room and en-suite bathroom, as well as the communal areas were well appointed and always clean.
As a family, we were very happy with the experience and the care my mother received. Heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful staff.
Thank you very much for your kind words, we were please to support your Mother with her respite stay. I will pass these comments on to the team, All the best Erika.
We are extremely happy with the service and help we get as a family. We always find my mother looking happy and content. The rooms and the communal areas are always very clean and tidy. All of the staff are very friendly and polite. We are very grateful. Thank you to all the staff.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our home. I am always delighted to hear such wonderful feedback. Regards, Erika.
From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold!! I have never been in a place where I've felt so welcome by so many people; from reception, to the people you walk by. I hadn't been since before the pandemic and they greeted me by name when I walked into the office. Can't say enough good things about them. I've been in so many care homes but this one is highly recommended.
Thank you for such kind comments! We pride ourselves on the warmth of our welcome to our guests as well as the care and support we provide to our residents. Thank you again, Erika.
I wasn't sure what to expect and was a little concerned. However, I was absolutely delighted with the care and thoughtfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and en-suite bathroom. I am relieved that my sister-in-law is being cared for so well. In addition, the staff are really helpful when asked questions.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted to hear that you were pleased with the care at Beachcroft House. If you need anything else, please let us know!
