After initially suffering poor care in hospital, Mom moved into Droitwich Mews and started to recover very quickly. The difference in her health and wellbeing has dramatically changed for the better. Especially her appetite, appearance, happiness and her mental ability has improved with the engagement of all the brilliant staff at Droitwich Mews.

My mother-in-law came here from the hospital, it is unbelievable the transformation in her and she has only been here a short time. She looks ten years younger. The dedication of all staff have is second to none, they always talk to you and ask if Mom is happy and very caring. Activities are on every day, always something going on - great to see on Facebook. It's like a hotel, not a home. Fab!

My grandad was apprehensive about leaving home and moving into Mews and the change in his surroundings and routine was initially difficult. However, the staff at the Mews did an excellent job in making my grandad feel welcome in his new home. The staff are always kind and ready to help, as well as being receptive to the advice of previous carers to help residents through the transition period.

My father has settled happily into a beautifully maintained care home. The staff are excellent and have looked after Dad in a very difficult time in his life. The staff listen to our concerns and are incredibly friendly and supportive. Thank you!

Droitwich Mews is a lovely new residential home but I feel they still have a few issues with the ratio of staff to residents. I can't fault the care my mum gets and the staff are lovely but she often has to wait longer than she should for attention after pressing her buzzer. Her room is very nice and they have made sure Mum has what she needs to keep her safe and comfortable so overall I'm happy but just wish there were more staff.

Excellent service throughout Moms stay. The staff were all so caring and very switched on to everything Mom was doing and caring throughout the day. Communication was excellent. Also, I always felt assured that Moms best interests were at heart.

Compared to other care homes we had looked at for our mother with advanced dementia, it was clear the Droitwich Mews would serve mother's needs best. It is brand new with inviting rooms and lounges, the staff are all lovely and the atmosphere relaxed. Mother is well-occupied with the garden and crafts. Despite COVID visiting restrictions we feel well connected and informed. We are very confident of Mother receiving high-quality care in a stunning environment.

After being very poorly in hospital for over two weeks Dad initially went to Droitwich Mews for respite care where the staff have been wonderful from the very start and handled his discharge from hospital into the home and took all the pressure off us at what was a hugely emotional and stressful time.

My sister and I knew it would be just right from our first visit and pre-assessment meeting With lovely staff excellent facilities great food a brilliant choice of activities and a superb care team!

Dad has settled in there so well. He loves his room and says it’s like being in a 5-star hotel! We could not ask for anything better for him. He has absolutely everything he needs to continue enjoying & living a full life safely and happily and being so very well cared for we’re very grateful.

Droitwich Mews is an excellent care home for Pop, more than we could have imagined or hoped for. Pop absolutely loves it there, which is a huge comfort to us as a family. Pop calls it his new home, which is extremely comforting to me and my family. Knowing he is content, safe and cared for means the world! Initially Pop was staying for respite care following hospital discharge, but now, so content he has decided to reside there, live out his life there, a huge surprise as we never thought he would leave his precious family home. The staff are understanding, informative, and considerate to us as a family, very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Droitwich Mews.

My parents moved into Droitwich Mews several weeks ago and have been gently settled in by caring and friendly staff. Mum and Dad are comfortable, warm and very well fed! The staff are always ready to respond to any concerns the family might have with a positive and helpful attitude. They are willing to "go the extra mile" for both my parents!

The staff have been and are constantly excellent - doing everything they can to help my parents settle in and be comfortable. The facilities are fantastic, and the catering is amazing - both of my parents say the meals are delicious.

It was an excellent experience. Excellent facilities. Food and staff were excellent. I could only stay for respite care because of the price. Good staff communication with me who is visually impaired. Information in Braille - everything - activities, menu, timetables would be helpful.

The care that was given to my father was exemplary. The whole team worked well together and communication was of the highest order. The administration was slick and responsive. The area of the care home is on a well-used road with lots to see and the gardens and environs of the home are very good. There were activities organised on a regular basis and well selected for the ability of each of the residents. The food had very good reviews from my father who could be a bit fussy about his food at times. My father was a very independent person and felt a high level of pride at being so, the staff were fantastic at allowing him to be as independent as he was able to be but ensuring he was well looked after. My father fell ill and during this time, he got fed up and said he wanted "To go home". When asked what he meant he said back to Droitwich Mews! I can think of no higher recommendation.
