Excelent care, lovely staff, felt well cared for.

More than good. Therapy was useful.

A professional and caring service. Limited physio/rehab, variable coverage overnight. Otherwise content.

Only negative was patient transport. Cancelled a heart appointment 20 minutes before the appointment. Also, some cleaning staff sitting in patient rooms on their phone. Called PALS 2 weeks ago and still no call back

Staff are very professional and most helpful. The care centre appear to be safe, with lots of safeguarding process.

The staff are amazing at Little Manor, always there to help and make you feel welcome. Had a few hiccups, but that was sorted out really quickly. The home was always nice a clean and tidy. My mum liked being there, but just wanted to go home.

Dad was well looked after. The staff were fantastic and every staff member we encountered greeted us with a warm welcome. We were kept well informed throughout dad's stay. We are very grateful for the care and support given by everyone at Little Manor. Thank you!

My reception on arrival from the hospital under the NHS for rehab after a broken femur was efficient and welcoming. I found all the care staff very attentive and easy to get on with both in the day and at night. The therapy team quickly worked out a programme for me and made sure I followed it....

The food was variable - considering how little money they spend on each person each day but the egg, cookery left a little to be desired the omelet was rubbery and the scrambled eggs too hard. We had a lovely welcome from the staff at the door. Little Manor is a lovely establishment, very clean, big rooms. The meals cannot be bettered, nice choice of meals. Staff really. friendly.
